ShartimusPrime Biography:
Inspired by watching boring Transformers action figure reviews, the ShartimusPrime youtube channel was launched in 2008. Engaging the audience with an edgy sense of humor for adult collectors, action figure collecting has never been this fun, and videos are posted daily! Unexpectedly, the channel became more popular for Marvel Legends reviews and Spider-Man, Avengers, and X-Men collection display videos. After a few years, the channel has branched out to review other figure properties aside from Marvel Legends and G1 Transformers Masterpiece. Hot Toys, Star Wars, Diamond Select Toys, DC Collectibles, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, Dragon Ball Z, Attack on Titan, Godzilla, Evil Dead, and The Walking Dead toy lines have all been added to the roster of nearly 2,000 video reviews. Japanese import figures from SH Figuarts, Bandai, Figma, Square Enix, and Medicom MAFEX have been favorites as well. More recently, Kotobukiya Statues (including the very sexy Bishoujo line) and NECA Toys have become more prevalent on the channel. Being a big fan of movies such as Spider-Man, Batman, X-Men, Iron Man, Captain America, The Avengers, Evil Dead, Pacific Rim, Aliens, and other films has lead the channel in the direction of also reviewing movies, movie trailers, blu ray releases, and tv shows. News updates for 2016 releases and beyond are also posted. Audience engagement is a big part of this channel, with giveaways and fan mail being read publicly once a week in the PO Box Pick-Up videos. Impressive “Shart-Art” is shared via social media and included in the opening theme song. The audience is also kept up to date with any changes to the channel, along with recent comic book pick-ups, unboxings, and action figure hauls. Stop-motion segments punishing the popular meme of the Big Time Let Down Spider-Man close most of the comparison segments, and are compiled together for guaranteed access to patrons. Lastly, all figure reviews close with a slideshow featuring dynamic poses of the figure inspired by ACBA, with the added bonus of music performed and recorded by ShartimusPrime himself.

The pistols on Condor, swarm trooper, and steel brigade are known as Maxim 9s. They do exist IRL. Their pistols that have integral suppressors, meaning that the silencer is built into the gun barrel rather than just an attachment. They're freaking awesome.

Bobby Vala is a gun enthusiast and doesn't like when action figures come with fake goofy looking guns. That's why he specifically made it a point that all of the firearms in Action Force are modeled after real guns. Even bumble bees's (swarm trooper) weapon is a Kriss Vector. The handgun that you were not sure is modeled after the real gun a Maxim 9. Not only are all the guns modeled after real firearms but they are good detailed sculpts which make them quickly identifiable. Bobby also hand picked some of the coolest guns out there. That's a huge selling point for me.
These figures remind me of the figures from the small soldiers movie
I picked up a Condor and a Swarm Trooper from Dorkside when they had them. I have the rest of the figs on preorder from BBTS. I love the two that I have so far, looking forward to the rest of the wave! The Swarm Trooper is friggin’ cool.
These figures look great. I ordered Sgt Slaughter from BBTS a long time ago. I'm looking forward to getting him in hand. If I like the quality I plan to get a lot more.
This will work so well with my classified figures.

I canceled all my BBTS Valaverse orders, except the exclusive Declassified pack, because everyone else had them in sooner than BBTS.

Bro they have lost thousands from me I WANT to buy from them They are just always last to get everything if I looks at my recent purchase page it’s like 2 pages of cancelled orders.

BBTS is good if you aren’t in a hurry but still want it. Also if you’re on the fence about something. I’ll buy something and keep it in my pile of loot and if I change my mind I can cancel it and use store credit to get something else.
Wasn’t sure about these till I watched your review and preordered Sgt. Slaughter and Steel Brigade off of BBTS, just have to wait for them along with every other preorder I have with them, including lightning collection SPD A squad red, and numerous classified figures, great review.

This line has a two-word name that makes sense in describing what it is. Other kickstarters should make note.
For 32 bucks a pop on bbts these figures are insane. The quality and accessories man. Plus great poseability. Hasbro... Step your game up because this little indie line of figures is making you look real bad, plus the accessory pack you can get! Like McFarlane and Hasbro needs to step their game up. Calling you out Hasbro. If this line of figures can exist then Hasbro has no excuse because for just a few dollars more you get this much extra and legends are already getting close to 30 bucks a piece.
They are over engineered and twice the cost of a 6” Hasbro figure.
Without a movie or a cartoon, action figures fail to sell on scale, always.
These figures are bland. They have nothing behind them. In six months they will be on clearance the world over.

@@mcalax5901 highly disagree. They are also not twice the price of a marvel legends. Not even close. I don't know where you are getting your numbers from but no. These figures are going for 31.99 on bbts. Marvel legends are going for 24 to 28 bucks on bbts. And Hasbro is raising the prices on marvel legends. Now I'll say McFarlane figures are only 20 to 21 bucks unless they are a deluxe figure which Hasbro has as well which tend to go from 39 to 50 bucks. I would rather have an over engineered figure with this amount of accessories then not. Multiple hands and weapons are a good thing. You are super welcome to your opinion but I just feel it's a bad take. Not to mention it's a good thing they are kind of bland because it makes customizing them even better. It allows them to be in multiple displays. The swarm trooper has an accessory pack that gives him cool wings and he can double as a fire fly figure in Batman display. The main character can double as a Rick flag figure in a DC display. These guys can be army builders for a display. Since they are blander soldiers that allows them to be super.flexible in different displays with different 6 inch lines especially for photography. These figures are perfect for collectors. I mean the one character can be shield soldier in a marvel legends display. Think bigger
The sad part is before Hasbro bought the fortnite 6inch line,the figures would be 18-23 dollars and would have a back bling,4-5 guns,one other random item ,and a pick axe,they all had amazing articulations,the newer Hasbro ones only have three accessories and a back bling,the articulation isn’t as good either
Slaughter’s holster looks like it’s supposed to be a competition style holster. Most of those don’t have a “front” for faster and smoother drawing

Got bone collector, a regular soldier, and several weapon/accessory packs from the kickstarter. Love them all, will probably get Kerak and Slaughter as well
These remind me of the Corps figures except they were cheaper than gi Joe's not more expensive
Man, I literally had to cancel my preorder because these figures were taking so long to get released. I literally had my stuff preordered for two years no exaggeration whatsoever I had been waiting that long. And then the dates would continuously get pushed back day after day. For example I believe it was this year if I’m not mistaken but I had just about $220 worth of Valaverse figures and accessories preordered. But, the date said that the all the Valaverse figures would be releasing in I believe it was June or July( if I’m not mistaken). So, I was so extremely excited because I was finally about to get these figures that I had waited so long for only for them to be pushed back until October I believe lmao. Then so boom October came and went and still not a sign hide, nor hair of these figures getting released. And then they got pushed back yet again until December. Now it’s in December and we’ll see how it goes. I’m just hoping they finally come out so I can reorder them again.
I’ve been waiting since they first were announced for crowdox. I can honestly say seeing my nephew open one as a Christmas present, they were well worth the wait.

I'm buying the steel brigade for my Joe classified figures. All these figures look great. Wish the best to Bobby and his team. Hopefully they also do a Transformer-ish toyline as well!

I love these figures! I have no clue who are what they are from but that's what's amazing about them.
Sgt Slaughter is so cool though considering he's from WWF is being adopted into this figure line.

Another great review! Awesome figures by the way in sculpts and paints. However, I noticed the skin tones are a bit shiny so I guess that's something to improve a bit but still overall, these figure are amazing to look at and fun to play with. 🍺💯⭐

Figures look great
I love my steel brigade i got! Only complaint is that the assault rifle is a bit oversized or at least the stock and grenade launcher is too big and can be scaled down, annnddd that the magazines could be scaled up a tad. They just seem small and out of proportion

Fun Fact: Action Force is what G.I.Joe is called in the United Kingdom.
Which is why they have an exclusive Sgt Slammer version of Slaughter. Die to right issues they had to call him Slammer in the UK.

Only up until the early 90s when it was rebranded as GI Joe. The history of Action Force/GI Joe here is really complicated, the original 12" cloth goods GI Joe was sold here as Action Man, which eventualy became its own separate thing with exclusive costumes and accessories the US version didn't have. Then in the early 80s Palitoy - Action Man's distributer - decided independently of Hasbro that they needed a 3.75" spin-off line which they called Action Force. At that point Action Force was completely separate to Hasbro's RAH line. Eventually, Palitoy started buying in RAH figures which they repainted to fit the theme of Action Force. Then in the mid-late 80s they totally relaunched Action Force but now it had branding much closer to GI Joe and the figures were identica to the US RAH figures. Only the file cards were changed to make the team more international and less US-centric. Eventually in the early 90s the whole line was rebranded again to make it more-or-less identical to the US line, with the same GI Joe branding and file cards. I believe this happened as a result of Kenner, who owned a large chunk of Palitoy, being bought out by Hasbro and therefore Palitoy ended up controlled by Hasbro directly.
The crucial thing in all this is that through disinterest or just not seeing any value in it, Hasbro seem to have let the Action Force trademark lapse, which is how Valaverse have ended up with it.

Action Force? Isn't that the name of that bootleg GI Joe line you always see in Walmarts? Odd that they got Sgt Slaughter, but whatever. The figures look somewhat cool, but I have no interest in a wannabe GI Joe line. The Swarm trooper dude looks like Yellow Jacket from the first Ant-Man movie. Bone Collector looks like what you would get if Zack Snyder decided make a Mortal Kombat movie and had Shao Khan be the villain.

Real weapon designs, extra hands, a base with each figure, great easy use packaging (the clam shell tray is easier to access and even has a rub protecter layer). Worth it as Hasbro with all of this you'd probably pay around $50 a fig nowadays.
And? They're not Cobra Commander, General Hawk, Snake-Eyes, Duke, Scarlett, Lady Jaye, Covergirl, Destroy, Zartan, etc.
