Awesome video mate! Such quaint beautiful canals and great trails. Great riding too! Thanks for sharing. I have been riding a TREK 2020 Roscoe 7 for about 2.5 months and I absolutely love the sport! It's a great first bike for a novice but I am already considering getting a FS bike and the Remedy 8 is pretty much top of my list! I reckon your video and comments will keep it top of my list for sure! Thanks again and hope you're staying safe in these crazy times which will hopefully end soon. Cheers. Alan
Just watched this video koz I'm wanting to buy the new 2021 remedy!! Lovely canal trail we don't have any near us down here in wet West Sussex!! Great review about the bike defo following you for more remedy videos 😎😎 thank you
That's awsome Jim, they are a wicked bike , I think they have the line 30 rims , you should definitely add the pawls to the hubs . Makes a massive difference
I'm 5,11 heard these bikes are pretty short what size did u get and how tall are u. I'm thinking of getting a large not sure if would feel better on the xl as I don't want the bars to hit my knees
Hi, the fork doesn't have a lockout but you can ramp up the compression so its stiff , and the rear shock has a pedal mode so there is very little pedal Bob, a very good bike on the flats and hills .👍
Hi mate great review and channel, I already purchased the Fuel ex7 2021 model ridden it a few times and it just got me thinking what if i het the new remedy 8 2021 what would be the difference, I can still return the bike and exchange it before 30days and Im really struggling, whats your best advice my trail is not that rowdy but just thinking of near future progression since Im a beginner and a weekend warrior with family. hope this message will reach to you and your advice would be much appreciated!! Cheers from down under 🇦🇺
hi buddy , thanks for getting in touch . i have a video in a couple of weeks that has the new remedy in it. I myself have just bought a bike recently that is shorter in travel and have to say its not holding me back . the fuel is an amazing trail bike that can do anything, the remedy is in that all mountain category so they brand it as a bike that can keep up with the enduros. After the many bikes ive had over the years ive come to realize that bike manufactures are smart and will always try and make out that the bike you have is inferior in some way. its ok having a bike that is able to do bikepark laps but if you get it back to your local trails and its naff up the hill then whats the point? the fuel will definitely be faster on the trails but the remedy will be more capable on the descents , but both are amazing all rounders. for me i'm not too fussed with climbing and love the descents so personally would go for the remedy but it all comes down to your preference in riding . defo comes down to the trails , what bike suits your local trails . this is where you will be riding the most after all. hope this helps
It's been called off unfortunately due to the weather , but rearranged for next week in order to get the numbers up. I'll post the time closer to the date .
@@AdventureTrailsMTB Thanks ! That is helpfull. I'd go for fun. Stability doesn't really matter. What is the size of yours and your height? The frame size of yours seems to be good for me.

Love the sound of the wheels when you peddle fast 💨
Cheers buddy , there's nothing like a loud hub 🤘

The hubs the same , you just add more pawls
@@AdventureTrailsMTB is it a bontrager hub?
