Thank God for faithful Sentinels like Thomas Shepherd.
This was fantastic. I really enjoyed that mode of thinking and studying with good discussion. Jesus is truly happy about that I have no doubt.
I enjoyed his discussion. Room for thought and perhaps some change (growth).
So much grace, respect, and wisdom from both scholars!
This is why the principle of Bible study--line upon line, precept upon precept, here a little, there a little is still the most accurate and useful way to study the Bible and to present these critical Bible truths. We do not then need to apologize or make excuses for what people call Catholic bashing which most often is an excuse for rejecting the plainly revealed will of God. We don't have to worry about being tolerant. Do one's best to present the truth in a connected, easy to understand and difficult to repulse way but present the truth.We must be more concerned of rightly representing the teachings of the Word, of being faithful to the message than about how it will be received. We leave its reception to the Holy Spirit who knows how to work on hearts.

Why did Dr Jon Pauline mention to Dr Tom Shepherd that we are both New Testament Scholars people understand what he is saying ,that sound like a con artist pitch,
I was quite disappointed when i first listened to Dr. Jan Poulsen's teachings on Revelation 13 and other issues. Sure it is not Adventists teaching. It looks like procatholic teaching. But thanks to God because of con consciousness intelectuals who are there to deffend the truth.
