I watched GWTW a week ago for the first time in my life and I went under. I've been obsessing over Scarlett and Rhett, then I happened to listen to this song while cleaning (lol) and damage was done. Couldn't think of anything else but editing them.
This was a (relatively) quick one, I didn't stress too much about overlays and writings and effects because I liked the idea of keeping things simple. I put a lot of work into choosing the clips and matching them with the music and the lyrics and I wanted this to be the main focus.
I didn't even use a coloring because it affected the quality too much.
Working with the audio was very, very, v e r y difficult but I did my best. I do recommend using subtitles.

CLARK GABLE my GOSH!!!! I mean come on, no one more handsome!!!! I cannot get enough of this man!!!! I was soooooo upset that they didn’t end up together in this movie. Thank goodness there are more movies with him and happy outcomes!

I love this video because you acknowledge Scarlett's realization that Rhett is the one, her "refuge" at the end of her dream. This is such a powerful message in Mitchell's book that the film doesn't emphasize. Beautiful work. Thank you.

I believe it too: as I said to my therapist (he's a fan too, lol), Rhett and Scarlett have been apart many times during the course of the story. This is just another separation, and our possibility to see what happens ends here, but that doesn't mean it's the end of the story itself.
