Wow, love it, man! As a Leeds resident, I will pass this one to everybody in Leeds, I will try to do a Hyperlapse with a new and unique technique available on my GH5 which let me shoot 2fps videos, plus a gimbal I will post it soon! This one is just magic! Great job!
Thanks Chris! I kinda put it on RUclips so that it was myself that uploaded it first. I first shared it on Facebook where it went viral and people started claiming they were involved in making it haha. I'm mostly trying to push it on Vimeo at the moment, I'd appreciate an extra play count ;) vimeo.com/209269621 I simply used a DSLR with a wide angle lens and a tripod to achieve these. They're a very slow process to create, which I guess is why there isn't thousands of them already. I'm slowly creating a hyperlapse film of the Cayman Islands where I'm currently living. :)
Its certainly a great piece of work, and is definitely worth watching again and again and again.. i will watch it again on Vimeo.. Cayman Islands, Mmmm its all right for some
Chris Russell I manually stabilize it in Adobe After Effects. When shooting it try to get it as stable as possible but you always need to do a lot of work in post.
this is amazing! if you don't mind me asking how long roughly would it take you to shoot a scene such as the new station entrance? always wanted to try hyperlapse!
Thanks Ryan Holden. It can take a couple of hours at least. Often I will start the hyperlapse process and then restart as I noticed I didn't get the angle quite right. Then once you have taken all your still images there is a lot of time to stabilize the footage in Adobe after effects. It's a tedious process but well worth it.

How did you render the film? which software did you use! and did you have to stabilize the footage before rendering!!
