Yours fuse idea is great plus yours t lock idea is also very good. I had a problem I had created a power strip just like you but it had 30 v in every socket. At first I thought it might be because I had connected the line in series configuration but I had created previously another in series but It doesn't had voltage drop problem. I don't know what is causing the voltage drop in sockets. Anyway overall great work

Also it has LEDs to show whether the supply is having earthing or not(this gives added advantage when you are connecting computer to it, though you can also connect computer to two phase connection).Please make a detailed video on that
