Yammy, so refreshing to hear you speak so highly of DH. It has prompted me, with pleasure, to add my story. I had an unpleasant upbringing at home, troubled by anger, aggression and a bully of a father. Most would turn out the same and become the same bully. However I did not! The knock on effect however was that I stayed out to avoid going home. Regrettably drinking, taking drugs, sinking into depression and wanting life to just end. To break this chain I had to leave. I moved to Wiltshire but I was only delaying the inevitable - you can’t outrun depression. DH Jr had told his father that his mate was struggling and running from his problems. I got a phone call over Easter weekend of 2019 and told to come to the house for dinner. I sat with DH for 4 hours and he ask about my upbringing, where my thoughts and feelings were at. He made me feel cared for in one dinner. He said to me I can move into his home, work along side him and learn to race pigeons. It’ll be a good focus to learn something new. The rules were no drinking at all, no drugs at all and I must promise to try my best everyday. Do not give up and lay in that bed. Exercise became a massively important part of my life too. I shook hands and the agreement was made. I watched DH get up everyday and train in his gym. I joined him on his routine and my mind slowly became clearer. My body, energy and mindset began to change. We bred pigeons and I watched DH gently feed them by hand and care for them. I ate dinner with his family and he talked with me about everything I’d bottled up for years. Finally allowing me to let it all go. After a year into living there I had a bad anxiety attack and depression hit hard. DH put me in his car, in his pajamas, and drove me straight to a private doctor and got me help. 4 years on- I am proudly still T-total, unmedicated for 2 years, in great shape, am just moving into my own home and am happy in my work as a self employed handyman. I am forever grateful to DH for showing me that hard work, discipline and love can actually change your life. 🙏🏻❤️
I’ve heard so many stories like this over the years and very different person in reality than all that nonsense you’d hear growing up. Sure he was very capable when he was younger and all that, but he’s a very, very pleasant man that will go out of his way to speak to you, seems genuinely interested in your life and is a person you can go to with problems. So far away from the psycho image Jimmy made him out to be (wrong un’ Jimmy and coked out of his mind ……don’t know what happened, but you don’t do all that to your supposed pals, even after fall outs) Nice family all round, and particularly Davey is like that. The only thing I would say about the whole family is that one of the brothers - who’s always been a straight-gower, is a fucking nightmare and liability on a night out 😂. Still a good geezer though all round 🙌😂

He never hesitates to inquire about the well-being of my family, Davey's a real old-school gent, something we don't see much these days. Keep the content coming mate👏
I’ve repaired and painted Davey,s cars and trucks for years allways buys me breakfast allways asked how I am allways gave me a bit extra money for the jobs a genuine old school person who has time for everyone
I’ve met Mr Hunt many times, he comes into my work for food at least once or twice a week and I can honestly say he is the nicest, politest customer you could ask for, always makes time for me and other staff, he always remembers everyone’s names and personal situations, (always asks how my wife and kids are) just a really welcoming person and always leaves a nice tip for whoever serves him lol, all the staff love serving him and all say the same about how nice he is, I’ve also bumped into him at the gym a few times and I was really pleasantly surprised that he came up to me and started chatting as he recognised me, we had a real good chat about the gym and healthy eating etc, I was amazed at how fit he keeps himself and how hard he trains, he told me how he doesn’t eat after a set time, has a set bed time and is so strict with his diet and he even helped me with my workouts, all in all, just a real genuine bloke that seems genuinely interested in others and goes out his way to make you feel like you matter and your not just some person that has served him a few times, I get a lot of customers that think your beneath them and don’t give you the time of day, this couldn’t be further from the truth with Mr Hunt, he treats you like you have known him years, and just lifts everyone around him.

As soon as it does I always say "before you say anything if its bad or disrespectful to him then dont say a word ". Ive even said this in prison my cell mate was Del Croxsons brother he told me their family love him and DH called their dad to tell them about Dels death before anyone. DH is as you know very polite loves his family. He has helped me when I needed and I didnt even ask him too. Also way back when I divorced and had a bad breakdown he tried so hard to help me with work or running buisnesses for him but I wasnt in a good place mentally I really wish I had listened to him. I use to work Mr H about 15 years ago down at chequers, loved working for him and all the lads in the office. Remember pictures of him with all the celebs and boxing planted around the office. Proper nice guy, he bought me brekki in his cafe when it was first built on the side of the office. Everything was claret and blue. Went back to the cafe 2 weeks ago and its nothing like it use to be. Very cheap though 😂

I use to train at same gym as mr hunt in dagenham about 20 years ago. He was a proper nice bloke. He use to make a point of saying hello and getting to know you and his mates were all really polite people aswell. Use to see him jogging around dagenham everyday.
I know someone who deal with DH for years. He's professional and a man of his word, yes he does have a past and he's made alot of money. However he's not the egotistical monster or evil guy they paint him as. He's helped alot of people and genuinely will tell people the right thing and not try to glamourise the struggles he's gone through. Hi all! I’m not one to comment on stuff to be honest this has to be the first time i have ever commented on a post/video! Davy Hunt told me not to tell anyone this but I think it’s time people hear some good about this man! Well where can I start well I will go back many many years in my early 20s I actually met Davy a hand full of times at this home! Always very polite to me but I was always a bit nervous as Davy was always very very quiet when I have seen him. January 21, 2021. Unfortunately I lost my father due to suicide. As well as just losing my father, mine and my family is well collapsed around us as quick as you could click your fingers together everyone trying to take a piece of my dad‘s pie dad business partners and his friends! me and my family did not know what to do. We was at the bottom. There was no way up and there was no one to help us. My dad’s friends and business partners were trying to succeed in taking everything off of us, everything my dad ever work for and earned. I do remember something that was very uncalled for and upset me a lot not long after my dad died actually before my poor dad was even buried Michael Gillard, some journalist had fabricated and wrote an article saying that my dad killed yourself because he owed Davy Hunt money and my dad felt that that’s what he had to do. Not only was the timing of that article disgusting there was not one word letter or syllable that was correct about that me and my dad was thick as thieves. He told me everything. I have always known that my dad was friends with Davy, Hunt and my dad spoke very highly of Davy, but I’ll probably only ever met each other a handful of times over their lifetime. I know for a fact that my dad and Davy have never done business together ever. Shortly after the article came out. I’ve got a call from Davy Hunt sending his condolences about the loss of my father checking if me and my family was okay and we spoke about this ridiculous story that Michael Gillard had wrote daily then asked if I could meet and tell him what actually happened with my dad and his death, I’m going to be really honest I was very sceptical about going as although I met Davy a handful of times and he has been very polite. He has also been very very quiet every time I’ve been near him but anyway I went to meet him, I sat with him with one of my family members, and we broke down in floods of tears and told him everything that happened. We told him about my dad’s friends and business partners who had took everything off my dad. These were no normal people. Either my dad‘s friends were very big scary. Looking guys, once I told Davy everything I knew about my fathers business and death. He asked if he could help and to be honest, I couldn’t be any more happier because if it wasn’t for help, me and my family would’ve been on our arses. Once Davy had been informed and showed all the facts what these people had done to my dad, and we’re trying to do to my family, he called and meet with everybody me and one of my family members and all the people that had, and we’re still having my father and my family over. I’m going to be honest Davy told these people straight and he told them straight in front of me and my family he said to him you know what you’ve done you’ve got blood on your hands give the family back the money. But not one voice was raised and no aggressive was showed. I could talk about this and Davy Hunt forever. There are no words that I could actually use to explain what this man has done for me and my family. This is no lie. When I say if it wasn’t for the help of Davy Hunt . A lot of my family would be homeless and in a very bad way. Davy, Hunt saved five of my family homes and got a vast amount of my fathers money returned to us after it was taken by his business partner and friends. Davy Hunt mean so much to me. I honestly can’t express my feelings for this man and what he has done after he had sorted this for me and my family I asked him what do I owe you how much is this going to cost us his exact words to me, were, you don’t owe me anything son, I’m a God-fearing man and what happened to you and your family was not fair I’ve done it from the bottom my heart, God bless your dad kirk since Davy Hunt has helped me and my family out. I’ve heard about so many other stories about the things that Davy Hunt has done for people out of the goodness of his own heart never charged a penny. This man save my life and a lot of my family‘s life.

Doesn't matter if you're biased I've got two friends that i know would never give me up in the Police station one I've known since i was a little kid in school and the other my Brother in law who's got three children with my younger Sister and I've known since i was 24 years old. Both have proved this when we have been arrested and said I've got nothing to do with it. My friend from school as kids was arrested and changed and arrested on attempted Murder and he said that i didn't know what he had done so i couldn't have been helping part of the conspiracy before or after the attempted murder. Even when the Police said he had made a statement incriminating me i laughed and said no way. My Solicitor said he wanted to see the Statement but his company of Solicitorss represented both of us though another Solicitor would have to represent by a different Solicitor but knew my make Nick well and he also knew that oldest friend from little kids at school would never make a statement against me. My mate oldest friend is far from perfect we would fall out all the time but the Police could never break us even they knew we had fallen out again. Cos we always made up because we knew we could trust each other with are lives and never grass on each other that's why if people were talking about him even if they were right i would defend him because he's my oldest friend so i was biased..

I would like to give a big thanks to Davey Hunt, a very good friend of mine. We raced together in the North Road Combine and he gave me some great tips on how to make a new loft. When Davey moved he found himself out of the London North Road combine by just a few hundred yards believe it or not. I was able to negotiate the redrawing of the boundaries to ensure that he and his family found themselves back in the combine radius, big up the Long Fella, a truly decent man. Everything you read online about him is propoganda and I won't stand for it, he is a family man not a villain , thank you Yammy for telling the truth ❤

Paul Cavanagh died a while back there is an interview with him on RUclips. Allegedly it was in Legacy book Gillard wrote it though he was trying to track down Jimmy Holmes for Longfella on a £300 a week he sold a car that Longfella lent him wasn’t it and he cut him, well he was never charged.

Proper nice guy, he bought me brekki in his cafe when it was first built on the side of the office. Everything was claret and blue. I use to train at same gym as mr hunt in dagenham about 20 years ago. He was a proper nice bloke. He use to make a point of saying hello and getting to know you and his mates were all really polite people aswell. Use to see him jogging around dagenham everyday.

Hi all! I’m not one to comment on stuff to be honest this has to be the first time i have ever commented on a post/video! Davy Hunt told me not to tell anyone this but I think it’s time people hear some good about this man!
Well where can I start well I will go back many many years in my early 20s I actually met Davy a hand full of times at this home! Always very polite to me but I was always a bit nervous as Davy was always very very quiet when I have seen him. January 21, 2021. Unfortunately I lost my father due to suicide. As well as just losing my father, mine and my family is well collapsed around us as quick as you could click your fingers together everyone trying to take a piece of my dad‘s pie dad business partners and his friends! me and my family did not know what to do. We was at the bottom. There was no way up and there was no one to help us. My dad’s friends and business partners were trying to succeed in taking everything off of us, everything my dad ever work for and earned. I do remember something that was very uncalled for and upset me a lot not long after my dad died actually before my poor dad was even buried Michael Gillard, some journalist had fabricated and wrote an article saying that my dad killed yourself because he owed Davy Hunt money and my dad felt that that’s what he had to do. Not only was the timing of that article disgusting there was not one word letter or syllable that was correct about that me and my dad was thick as thieves. He told me everything. I have always known that my dad was friends with Davy, Hunt and my dad spoke very highly of Davy, but I’ll probably only ever met each other a handful of times over their lifetime. I know for a fact that my dad and Davy have never done business together ever. Shortly after the article came out. I’ve got a call from Davy Hunt sending his condolences about the loss of my father checking if me and my family was okay and we spoke about this ridiculous story that Michael Gillard had wrote daily then asked if I could meet and tell him what actually happened with my dad and his death, I’m going to be really honest I was very sceptical about going as although I met Davy a handful of times and he has been very polite. He has also been very very quiet every time I’ve been near him but anyway I went to meet him, I sat with him with one of my family members, and we broke down in floods of tears and told him everything that happened. We told him about my dad’s friends and business partners who had took everything off my dad. These were no normal people. Either my dad‘s friends were very big scary. Looking guys, once I told Davy everything I knew about my fathers business and death. He asked if he could help and to be honest, I couldn’t be any more happier because if it wasn’t for help, me and my family would’ve been on our arses. Once Davy had been informed and showed all the facts what these people had done to my dad, and we’re trying to do to my family, he called and meet with everybody me and one of my family members and all the people that had, and we’re still having my father and my family over. I’m going to be honest Davy told these people straight and he told them straight in front of me and my family he said to him you know what you’ve done you’ve got blood on your hands give the family back the money. But not one voice was raised and no aggressive was showed. I could talk about this and Davy Hunt forever. There are no words that I could actually use to explain what this man has done for me and my family. This is no lie. When I say if it wasn’t for the help of Davy Hunt . A lot of my family would be homeless and in a very bad way. Davy, Hunt saved five of my family homes and got a vast amount of my fathers money returned to us after it was taken by his business partner and friends. Davy Hunt mean so much to me. I honestly can’t express my feelings for this man and what he has done after he had sorted this for me and my family I asked him what do I owe you how much is this going to cost us his exact words to me, were, you don’t owe me anything son, I’m a God-fearing man and what happened to you and your family was not fair I’ve done it from the bottom my heart, God bless your dad kirk since Davy Hunt has helped me and my family out. I’ve heard about so many other stories about the things that Davy Hunt has done for people out of the goodness of his own heart never charged a penny. This man save my life and a lot of my family‘s life.

Doesn't matter if you're biased I've got two friends that i know would never give me up in the Police station one I've known since i was a little kid in school and the other my Brother in law who's got three children with my younger Sister and I've known since i was 24 years old. Both have proved this when we have been arrested and said I've got nothing to do with it. My friend from school as kids was arrested and changed and arrested on attempted Murder and he said that i didn't know what he had done so i couldn't have been helping part of the conspiracy before or after the attempted murder. Even when the Police said he had made a statement incriminating me i laughed and said no way. My Solicitor said he wanted to see the Statement but his company of Solicitorss represented both of us though another Solicitor would have to represent by a different Solicitor but knew my make Nick well and he also knew that oldest friend from little kids at school would never make a statement against me. My mate oldest friend is far from perfect we would fall out all the time but the Police could never break us even they knew we had fallen out again. Cos we always made up because we knew we could trust each other with are lives and never grass on each other that's why if people were talking about him even if they were right i would defend him because he's my oldest friend so i was biased..

I would like to give a big thanks to Davey Hunt, a very good friend of mine. We raced together in the North Road Combine and he gave me some great tips on how to make a new loft. When Davey moved he found himself out of the London North Road combine by just a few hundred yards believe it or not. I was able to negotiate the redrawing of the boundaries to ensure that he and his family found themselves back in the combine radius, big up the Long Fella, a truly decent man. Everything you read online about him is propoganda and I won't stand for it, he is a family man not a villain , thank you Yammy for telling the truth ❤
