remember seeing Henderson come up to the line to make the reads for Kienholz in the Cotton Bowl, never saw that before or at least to that extent. But Kienholz will be fine in time.
I think it’s clear Gee Scott is going to be the #1 TE this year. He’s the only TE Ryan has gave praise to and him having a lot more playing time last year is indicative of him being the first man up this year
@@erictell9780 TE is a developmental position. Gee has experience and is a better TE right now. You’re not putting jelani in there to run block or to block and release into a route. He was just a huge WR in high school. You can play more than 1 TE btw but by no means should he be in there run blocking during important downs
@@erictell9780 that will never happen especially since Hartline doesn’t teach physical blocking. 4 wr hamstrings you because you can’t run play acting out of a 4 wide set. Goal line you’re running 12 personnel a lot of the time
I'm thinking at least from the limited very limited knowledge. I have of the situation, but I do believe that Lincoln might be the most athletic quarterback in the room.
All of the praise that's unjustly i.m.o heaped on Ryan Day as some 'offensive guru', that Birm,Bill, and Austin echo, is somehow detached in their minds from the disaster that was Ohio Dtate's offense against Mizzou with a month to prepare. Cognitive Dissonance. Ryan Day is not some guru. Dwayne was an elite HS and college QB who was unfortunately flaming out in the NFL. Day had an elite athlete at QB in Fields but never broke him of holding the ball too long. CJ was an elite thrower who Day kept from getting important yardage on the ground. Coach Day chose McCord over McCarthy who he could not build into a championship caliber QB in 3 years. Devin Brown has not been developed either.

And... it's a Great Day to be a Buckeye!!

I'm so glad Awesome Ward did the right thing by becoming a Buckeye .... Imagine him covering Tennessee right now. That would hurt 😂

Agreed
Another mistake should be playing 6'5 250 lb Jelani Thurman the kid from Georgia but no we play and start the converter WR Gee Scott 🤔🙄

@@Rob_W78 agree but we shouldn't be running two TE sets period with the lack of TE talent we have. Should be running 4 WR sets with all our WR's
