Damon Banks... You obviously don't understand what Kobe stood for nor did you learn anything from him. He didn't see what, race, religion, or color people were.. This is not a race issue, he belonged to the HUMAN race and that's why people all around the world and from ALL walks of life loved him and will miss him. RIP Kobe, Gigi and everyone else who lost their life in this horrible accident. 🙏😞
This is because he was one of ours. He was the heart and soul of our city for over 20 years . Married a mexican girl and had 4 beautiful black and mexican daughters. He loved his mexican fans and treated us with the utmost love and respect. That's why he gets so much love from us.
They said Kobe did everything to distance himself from being Black by marrying Vanessa. No he did not. He was just an open minded human being heavily interested in other cultures. The way the Native Mexicans loved him meant a lot
Well, he took the time to learn our language he didn't have to you know so🙏mad respect for this amazing man he was sooo humble he gave interviews in Spanish with no problem with a smile in his face honestly he was a role model.
Kobe was very proud of being Black. He married Vanessa because he fell in love with her, not BECAUSE she wasn't a Black woman. He was not racist is all and he did date Black women before her. What I dislike are these people of any race who automatically assume he hated Black women and think he thought others were "better". Simply NOT TRUE.
As a black man. For the Spanish community to support and to show mad love. Gives me real hope. The powers that be are weakening. The black and Latin communities are not so different after all we love, we cry, we laugh together god bless

When you say Mexican was Vanessa from Mexico?? Because Mexicans are from Mexico and Hispanics (latinos) are from the USA a little confusing to understand !!
I'm so proud to be Mexican. For all those Americans who don't know what those Raza's are doing, let me explain: Kobe Bryant became BLACKXICAN the moment he married Vanessa. GIGI and her sisters are Mexican Americans. Whenever a Mexican & Blackxican dies, the family engages in celebrating death as a method to remember and make a tribute for their life and to remember the good and bad moments. This is part of our healing process to conciliate that they are no longer with us. Mexicans have a culture of crying and laughing with La Flaca or Catrina because we are taught since we are children that in life, you can escape anything but not her. It is a particular party, and the last one us Mexicans expect for our friends and family to celebrate for us before our souls can enter to our next mission in the afterlife. This is why DIA DE MUERTOS is part of our culture and important to remember our little ones on November 1st and adult ones on the 2nd. I hope to see this again on November 2, on DIA DE MUERTOS, in front of the Staples Center with the altar and the respective ofrendas. Que vivan nuestros muertos que nunca olvidamos, Que viva Kobe, viva!!!
I call my little cousin a Blexican. We are proud of all our brothers and sisters no matter what ethnicity, nationality, or race. Love is a powerful force.

My Mother is Black. My Dad Mexican. I grew up with Spanish and English in my Household. I never thought about peoples color(skin, eyes, hair). With that being said. Amor Eterno/Eternal Love by Juan Gabriel is a song that always makes me Cry. Mariachi Music for Kobe, its just beautiful. If people understood the Lyrics to this song. You would be crying to this tribute. This song hit deep. "Eternal love, Unforgettable Love. Sooner or later I will be with you so we can continue Loving Each Other".
Why would "ANYONE" give this a thumbs down. That's a horrible thing to do. Kobe Bryant was loved around the world so why would someone give a thumbs down to any nationality showing a measure of grief and respect for him? It's one thing to be ignorant, because that's saying that you have no accurate knowledge on a subject presented, but to be stupid is to have the knowledge yet lack the sense to exhibit it. I respect & appreciate the tribute.
Sheilia W. It’s because they were crying so much they accidentally press the thumbs down versus a thumbs up. At least that is what someone else noticed on all these videos. RIP!!! Gone too soon and we the world will miss y’all and always will think of the what if’s. It's like you want segregation of the races once again or something. For all his faults and achievements at least Kobe wasn't small minded like you , he learnt 3 languages and didn't just "fuck" with black people he "fucked" with everybody like all humans should, he worked hard and used the rewards of his achievements to help people in society the Mamba basketball academy for instance. Helena Taavao yes.........their is nothing we can do for Kobe n Gigi....but let us keep love parents and Vanessa, in our prayers..I can barely type ,my eyes are full of tears and my hands are trembling...😔
Anthony Gay 😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😍😍😍
Beautiful. Kobe's wife is mexican and I hope she listen this. My heart and prayers are with them 💗😊😇🙏
Vanessa was the one that requested all the memories souvenirs to be saved.
When you say Mexican was Vanessa from Mexico?? Because Mexicans are from Mexico and Hispanics (latinos) are from the USA a little confusing to understand !!
@@veravaladez1525 bruh you doing too much. Yes it’s incorrect but people still say someone is Mexican whether they’re from Mexico or not, stop it
I'm so proud to be Mexican.
Rosa Medellin as i was reading this in my head I read it in Edward James olmos voice
Esta bien Rosa la mas hermosa...sorry that was Carlos Vives. But te nos comprendemos.
I call my little cousin a Blexican. We are proud of all our brothers and sisters no matter what ethnicity, nationality, or race. Love is a powerful force.
Rosa Medellin que bonitos pensamientos dios te ilustre para ser una persona muy importante en la vida.

We need the full version of this great homage to kobe
My Mother is Black. My Dad Mexican. I grew up with Spanish and English in my Household. I never thought about peoples color(skin, eyes, hair). With that being said. Amor Eterno/Eternal Love by Juan Gabriel is a song that always makes me Cry. Mariachi Music for Kobe, its just beautiful. If people understood the Lyrics to this song. You would be crying to this tribute. This song hit deep. "Eternal love, Unforgettable Love. Sooner or later I will be with you so we can continue Loving Each Other".
This song have many meanings. ❤.
This song will knock the wind out of the toughest person at any funeral, much respect to the Latino Community for showing Kobe how much he meant to us
Different culture & language , SO. AWESOME..... thanks Kobe!!
Sheilia W. You always gonna find people that hate something
Sheilia W. It’s because they were crying so much they accidentally press the thumbs down versus a thumbs up. At least that is what someone else noticed on all these videos. RIP!!! Gone too soon and we the world will miss y’all and always will think of the what if’s. Have been crying nonstop and every time I thought I was done there would be something new or awesome about Kobe that makes me fall more in love with him.
It’s just angry white people, pay them no mind, they just jealous no one will sing a song about them when they die.
A few trump supporters who are ingnorant.
Man this singer understood the assignment😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭he belted this song like he knew Kobe!
The whole Latino culture had so much love for Kobe Bryant and still does.... Kobe loved LA the same way Mexicans had so much love for this fine iconic player..... Long live the legend kobe Bryant.......
He was loved and adored by so many ... From all walks of life , color and creed... God Bless Kobe.. RIP 🙏🏽
especially his Mexican wife and Mexican daughters

Black Mamba and MAMBACITA!!!
Even though I don’t know what they’re saying, this whole performance is beautiful and touching
That's bcuz to sing that song to anyone, it comes from the heart, you can feel the passion
You are the sadness of my eyes
Tú eres la tristeza de mis ojos
Who cry silently for your love
Que lloran en silencio por tu amor
I look in the mirror and I see my face
Me miro en el espejo y veo en mi rostro
The time that I've suffered for your goodbye
El tiempo que he sufrido por tu adiós
I force you to forget your thoughts
Obligo a que te olvide el pensamiento
Well I'm always thinking about yesterday
Pues siempre estoy pensando en el ayer
I'd rather be asleep than wake up
Prefiero estar dormida que despierta
It hurts so much that you're not here
De tanto que me duele que no estés
How I want you to live
Como quisiera que tú vivieras
That your little eyes would never have
Que tus ojitos jamás se hubieran
Never closed and be looking at them
Cerrado nunca y estar mirándolos
Eternal and unforgettable love
Amor eterno e inolvidable
Sooner or later I will be with you
Tarde o temprano estaré contigo
To keep loving us
Para seguir amándonos
I have suffered so much for your absence
Yo he sufrido tanto por tu ausencia
From that day until today I am not happy
Desde ese día hasta hoy no soy feliz
And although my conscience is calm
Y aunque tengo tranquila mi conciencia
I know I could have done more for you
Sé que pude haber yo hecho más por ti
Dark loneliness I am living
Oscura soledad estoy viviendo
The very loneliness of your grave
La misma soledad de tu sepulcro
You are the love that I have
Tú eres el amor del cual yo tengo
The saddest memory of Acapulco
El más triste recuerdo de Acapulco
How I want you to live
Como quisiera que tú vivieras
That your little eyes would never have
Que tus ojitos jamás se hubieran
Never closed and be looking at them
Cerrado nunca y estar mirándolos
Eternal and unforgettable love
Amor eterno e inolvidable
Sooner or later I will be with you
Tarde o temprano estaré contigo
To keep loving us
Para seguir amándonos
Eternal, everlasting love
Amor eterno, eterno
Eternal, everlasting love
Amor eterno, eterno

WOW, I never really paid attention to this type of music as a American but unreal and I loved Kobe. Thank you Mexicans for this one and what a classy move!!!
Man 😭this was a perfect match for an incident just like this , no matter where people are from or what language they speak they are all morning Kobe , #RipKobe 🇲🇽
Kobe Bryant was special I remember going to Mexico and everyone called him "El Kobe" I be honest I hated him cuz he was so good I was scared he would have more championship then Jordan when he 3 peated age 21,22,23 when they beat the Blazers in 7 he the one who took over I have to admit Kobe was more humble then Jordan he had same respect for lili Latinos whites and Blacks in basketball court he wanted to take out your heart I cheer for him vs the celtics those battles they had with spurs for years I'm sure Kobe would say I'm sacrificing myself and daughter for a better world since our world rigth now sucks to much racism to hear this song makes me question God but I know hes in the best place he passed the test in being internal RIP to all those that where lost in the crash let's United together be better people
'Amor Eterno' is Mexico's equivalent of Clapton's 'Tears in Heaven'. Beautifully done and appreciated here. Rip Mamba and all the rest.
Yes, I agree.
Ecolee, tu si le atinaste, haz de cuenta, duele has lo más profundo!
Kobe loved Blacks and Hispanics because he grew up in Italy 🇮🇹 and went beyond the race wars and racism that we live in the United States 🇺🇸,
He also knew that Mexicans loved him not just for being a basketball 🏀 legend but because he was an amazing human being.🤝🙏🔥🌹
I'm Puerto Rican English jazz singer!! And mariachi music to me is so elegant. That singer is feeling the words!! Kobe is so well respected. I'm happy to see how much he is loved and truly missed. I can see GiGi and Kobe right now!!! Two more beautiful Angel's in heaven!!!
Love this song. Puts everything in perspective. Such a fitting song for such a devastating accident.

I'm crying again. 😭😭😭😭 Kobe we miss you. 💜💛💜💛💜💛💜💛💜💛💜 LA won't ever be the same.

For what he didn't even fuck with Black's like that..
Maybe you two....ive been Lakers fun for ages and talking about he never indulged much with blacks do your hmwork properly who were his close friends greens......and for you saying akata you are pathetic
@@carlastewart1868 Why, because he had a Latina wife in LA?lol People like you are no different from the racist whites you constanly complain of. That is what greatness is , working to better yourself and then giving back . Spending all day being hateful towards others is the absolute opposite of greatness. So good day to you Carla.
I'm a 70ds baby my mom was a 50s baby and she always told me the worst thing that happened to the African community was desegregation that is so cool that Kobe spoke three differentlanguages and had all that well it's just too bad that the brother did not bring it back to the black community yet again another rich black man's wealth will go back into the hands of non blacks is all I'm saying..
@@carlastewart1868 you remind me of that man in the movie Django who stared with hate towards Django because he was riding with whites not knowing what was going on behind the scene. Uplift your people instead of bringing them down with your hate.
this song makes me a lump in my throat 😢
Thanks Mariachi,beautiful song 🇲🇽 🇺🇸💛💜
I want to cry!! rest in peace all the people who died in that accident

They sing with their hearts . True emotions.
The frequency of the tone in the voice of this individual . Vibrates through my eardrums piercing & Injecting love.
Is not a language barrier . You can understand the message , even If you don’t speak Spanish .
He was a vessel , and his spirit was “ a major force . For us to be awaken .
We need to come together. If we realize that we are all one , we can make everything happen !

This song means too much for all the Latinos, is like a grieving anthem.. for the 9 victims of the tragedy. God bless the families and all the fans of Kobe and his

It's a Mexican song by a Mexican writer , played by Mariachis(Mexican) not Latinos. We aren't Latinos , just Mexicans or Chicanos

A fitting tribute to KOBE & GIGI especially given the fact that KOBE'S wife is of partial Mexican descent and his daughters are all part Mexican as well.

Was his wife a citizen or Mexican national? I thought she was American. Glad to see ignorance has no color line. Either Latin American, or Native. Not Hispanic, and his offspring is considered Black, not Blackican.
