I actually have two of the ultra rare characters. They are Glitchblade and Darksting.

I think that storm strike has too many chains on his weapon because his weapon drags on the floor too much
The longer the weapon means he can attack from a further distance. That’s what makes Chux Lee so unique I think, his weapon is one of the longest there is.

Any tricks on identifying how to locate a storm striker?
Well, Eddie and Clark like to shake the box and see if they can hear either his chain weapons or his collector card moving around. It's hard because there are other warriors with chain weapons and every single pack comes with a checklist so it can be confusing.
