Nick one tip for the pto shaft is to reverse the feeder house chain in the cab with the shaft still connected it helps tremendously with the binding while pulling it off
I think I will stay with our header trailer for moving heads. We have to remove our header to go to every field. You are lucky to be able to drive to most of yours. Good video.

The whole idea of a good transport cart is that it is easy to use! This whole header is it's transport cradle. Brilliant idea storing the towbar inside the header and the "quick attach", the way thing have been thought through, typical Case. I'd love to be able to play with this AF11. By the time it gets here in UK, I'll be too old to get a really good look and play with it, Shame but such is life. As always great video, I work on the Cat 3406B injection pumps for a fuel shop and that is going to be an easy fix. New gasket with sealer and thread locker on the 14 bolts retaining the side cover on fuel galley. Good luck and have a safe harvest.
Thanks for another great video Welkers. It was interesting and enjoyable to watch. Sorry about the new truck having a harvest breakdown. That is disappointing but issues like that happen. I agree with Scott, the fuel pump appears to be mis functioning. Lots of fuel spraying out of it. Probably will need a new pump assembly. Probably not a cheap item. Sorry !!!!!!!!! Hang in there Welkers!!!!!!!! The way the head assembly comes off of the new combine is pretty neat. Converts into it own trailer then. How neat is that. Just a heads up I was told with our 2-50 is to lock it up for rd moves when on combine, had two little springs on adapter break and they claim it was from that, can’t take the bounce

speaking of rain here on the southeast coast of N.C. yesterday we got 15.6 inches of rain 24hrs and around 21 inches in 2-1/2 days absolutley nutso amount of rainfall result bridges washed out creeks and streets been here 30 yrs numerous hurricanes and have nvr experinced anything like the gift is wen the storm leave low humity and grgesous weather yippee
What a fantastic machine that combine is. If you actually stand back and see just how fast it can process crop and just how much bulk is going through it at 8 - 10 miles per hour its awesome to think that it is processing all that stuff at that speed so efficiently. You need one don't care how much it costs!
I couldn’t believe you were combining at 11mph in one of your recent videos with that huge AF11, but then in this one you mentioned some of your crops are only 12 bushels per acre, which equates to less than 1 ton per hectare, so I guess you can fairly chew through it!! For comparison, our 7.7m Claas usually only runs between 3 to 5 kilometres ph!! But then again our crops tend to be around 100 bushels/p/a, or 7t/ha, so everything takes a bit more threshing. Incredible landscape you have there to work in, amazing 👍

That transport mode might be okay if you only occasionally use it, but it would get really old doing it that way if you did it more than a few times. Trailers you can sit the header on are the only way to go in my opinion.
I tipped over my header twice. I do not like the macdon’s design for transport. First time I took the corner too fast but the second time the bank of the road was enough for it to go over. I don’t think i will ever own a macdon again for that reason.
How are the seeding conditions for Winter Wheat. We are gonna start seeding some in the next week or so up here in Southwest Saskatchewan. We have a very similar climate to you and have been dry for many years. Hope all is well and seeding goes good.

Nick just a little tip. If you have problems with your pto not coming of always reverse your header before you unhook. It always slides of better 😊

Check and make sure the return fuel line is clear coming out of the pump that runs back to the tank, those don’t usually just blow the cover gasket.

Looks like those side plate bolts just backed out. Try retorqueing them before disassembling that pump! Could be an easy fix!

Well I've never been around many Macdon headers I've just been around case headers.
@joesnyder7128 Macdon manufactured Case fronts for many years and the new 50 foot Case and NH fronts are Macdons.
