That red car looks pretty solid with the exception of the floors but Clark’s Corvair parts makes full panels at a decent price so I wouldn’t write it off.
What you have is a 1960 model 700 , A 1963 Monza coupe not a 64 , & last a 1965 Monza coupe ! & Corvairs never needed power brakes or came with them ! & the RPO for the 60 lack of floors is Yaba- Daba -Doo LOL !

I’ll take the front grill bar and front windshield off the 63’
the 4 dr is a 60...best fix it up,,, looks like all can be restored
