Growing up Apostolic the sound of that Lady was normal..My grandma was very loud when she worshipped..My grandma often said I went from a partier in the world to a praiser in the church.
And I agree with grandma.. so very true I was a partier too in the world but when God saves you you can't help but scream and holler praising him when you think about everything he saved and spared your life from!! My mom always use to scream and holla, they would always carry her out that dead Baptist church. We started going to COGIC and she was right at home and got the full Hoy Ghost.
We need to be in the spirit to discern what is driving the loud cry or loud voice- is it God, emotions, or the enemy? It’s not a one size fits all. In this case, I discern that the woman was crying out from emotions, and as a pastor, he was trying to keep order. Now, should he have snapped his fingers at her? I’m not sure. But, I agree with why he wanted her to be silenced at that moment. I think we are too hypersensitive as believers. We shun leaders for trying to keep order while there are WAY more leaders who let all hell and sin break loose freely in their services.
I grew up under excellent leadership. My Pastor was highly educated, he had an earned PH.D. Never once didI hear him disdain , shame or humiliate anyone. I remember a mentally disturbed man walked down to the alter and stood right infront of the Bishop gently said to the man, " If you'll give me a few minutes to finish my message, I'll be be happy to speak with you" . No he was the worship leader when the worship leader switch gears so does the congregation. Just because he was the only one singing doesn’t mean he’s not leading the congregation into worship there is a difference between worship and praise2whe you are praising the people are more vocal but screaming over praise is not the Holy Spirit someone’s must usher in Gods presence in decency and order. She was out of order the Holy Spirit will move in order not chaos. According to the Word you can quench the spirit of God but you can't control when it comes or how it comes. I done been at churches where they have deliverance staff that would have taken her to another room or finished helping her press through right in the sanctuary and hike the pastor finished exhorting. Come on it’s 2024 and we should be able to multi task in church
In my opinion, Pastor Keion was impulsive in correcting the woman; snapping his fingers, telling her to hush & displayed a lack of emotional intelligence in how he did it.

My praise will become a wail when I think about the hospice experience in. Y home when my dad took his last breath, and what I endured after my niece was killed head senseless auto accident. I’m not when he just a few weeks ago told the whole congregation to stop buying ass and didn’t even try to clean it up. He’s getting too radical! I use to faithfully watch him and feel empowered now he just saying and doing anything. I had a pastor gently touch my shoulder when I was praying in tongues, they believed tongues edifies self, that is scriptural. I came into subjection and stopped praying IN TONGUES. 🎉🎉😂Jesus is a Gentleman. Grateful for that Pastor Sheals.
I’ve been watching Lighthouse live every Sunday for the past 2 months. The spirit is always high. From the start of worship until he starts his sermon is a true worship experience. Every. Single. Sunday. Pastor Keion has never stifled worship. There have been one or two Sundays since I’ve been watching where he didn’t preach and we just stayed in worship because there was such a strong move of God. With that being said, he can’t not preach every Sunday and sometimes you have to sing softly to bring everyone back down. I can’t say I’ve heard the screaming every Sunday because I don’t really give it too much attention, but probably almost every Sunday. Its always sounded like it was coming from the back of the church to me and not the choir. When I heard him hush her, I didn’t think he was wrong and I definitely didn’t think it was a viral worthy moment.
Child please. People always wanna dictate how people worship. The church will never be a free place to worship cause people don’t like for other people to steal their thunder.
If pastor Keion felt something was strange or out of order then he needs to pray in silence about how to handle it. Reason being, his response to her being out of order can also be out of order in how he responds. I’ve seen this many times where ministers don’t like something they respond in flesh. If and when it’s not handled correctly you can end up offending the entire congregation.
She SCREAMS every Sunday. For at least six months that I’m aware of . With the volume, length and frequency, one would think the deliverance had occurred a long time ago.

I use to scream like that. I was in alot of pain spiritually and under attack. Looking back I realized that i had to go thru it. I didn't want to go thru it. I wanted it to stop and no one in the church could help me. I eventually stop going to church.
Denominations aside, in Christianity for worship you have to choose the “mode” of worship first. It’s either orthodox or liturgical or charismatic. They each have rules and many versions. But u gotta pick. He used “church speak” to justify his control issues. When it’s led by Spirit explanations aren’t needed to such an extent to explain what he did. It went viral because something was wrong. He wanted a production not a worship service.

They had a service a few weeks ago that was only worship called “Online Worship Experience.” I heard the screaming then but I didn’t pay it any mind. I just went back to the video and at the 59 min mark you can see and hear the person screaming. Idk if it’s just wailing or if it’s a spirit manifesting but I can see how it could cause some annoyance if it’s happening every Sunday. Lighthouse isn’t a CCM worship service. They praise God but maybe they’re not a good fit for her and the way she expresses her praise
Pastor Keion was out of order and out of line in that moment. I understand the atmosphere he was looking for however he should have ushered in that atmosphere. He was all up in his flesh when he addressed her. As the shepherd he should’ve done better.

I’m glad he did it, surprised it took that long. The screaming is EVERY Sunday. It gets louder and longer EVERY week. For more than 6 months I have wondered why and how. I understand the spirit and praise however, if praise and prayers haven’t worked in 6 months or more, she needs a meeting with the pastor or therapy.

How do we know that sister was not crying out to God?! Go pray for her, (or send another minister to pray for her) instead of telling her to hush and snapping his fingers at her! The problem im having is we dont know why she was praising God. Like that . People are hurting maybe she was getting a breakthought. I love God so much and i love to attend church. And i love to worship God and dance in the house of God. And i love good teaching. If i cannot worship God i will not go to that kind of church. The power of God can hit you . Just heard about this story today and believe that the Holy Spirit is a gift from God and when the Holy Spirit comes down it shouldn't be disturbed. There are people who are sincerely seeking the word of God. At the church and churches I've been a member of when the Holy Spirit comes on someone the Pastor would say let the Holy Spirit have his way, some people people would shout, run, dance or fall out in the Spirit and no one would be interrupted, the service would still be proceeding.

People thought Hannah was drunk while she was praying in her heart (1 Samuel 1:13) I've read the comments before watching the video and the comments suggested she was acting indecent. However, after watching the video myself, I feel otherwise. I don't think she was unseemly... I think she was in order and this is praise and worship... the Bible says the spirit makes intercession through groaning which cannot be uttered (Romans 8:26)... this doesn't sound demonic to me nor do I think it called for this... the man of was not preaching and she was not distracting a messaged being delivered from God... How about we talk about the interpretation of his tongues as he speaks loudly to the congregation with it instead of silently and privately??? A lot of these comments are folks who think screaming is a move of the spirit, most often it is flesh it’s time for us to grow up in God and stop attacking the man of God and seek Godly counsel and wisdom .

He obviously didn't have that, so according to the Word of GOD, he was in his FLESH. But that's okay, all Men of God fall short of the Glory. Per the Bible, ANY MAN that says he is without SIN, is a liar and the truth isn't in him. 1 John 1: 8-10. Some church folks reference a Pastor more than Jesus himself... Keep your eye on Jesus and not a Man in a pullpit and you'll never go wrong. I like everyone, including Pastor Keion, but I didn't see God per the Bible from his actions. Read were the Preacher aka Priest trying to worship God by lighting incense where ONLY the Levites were supposed too... I done been at churches where they have deliverance staff that would have taken her to another room or finished helping her press through right in the sanctuary and hike the pastor finished exhorting. Come on it’s 2024 and we should be able to multi task in church

I’ve been watching Lighthouse live every Sunday for the past 2 months. The spirit is always high. From the start of worship until he starts his sermon is a true worship experience. Every. Single. Sunday. Pastor Keion has never stifled worship. There have been one or two Sundays since I’ve been watching where he didn’t preach and we just stayed in worship because there was such a strong move of God. With that being said, he can’t not preach every Sunday and sometimes you have to sing softly to bring everyone back down. I can’t say I’ve heard the screaming every Sunday because I don’t really give it too much attention, but probably almost every Sunday. Its always sounded like it was coming from the back of the church to me and not the choir. When I heard him hush her, I didn’t think he was wrong and I definitely didn’t think it was a viral worthy moment.

If pastor Keion felt something was strange or out of order then he needs to pray in silence about how to handle it. Reason being, his response to her being out of order can also be out of order in how he responds. I’ve seen this many times where ministers don’t like something they respond in flesh. If and when it’s not handled correctly you can end up offending the entire congregation.

I use to scream like that. I was in alot of pain spiritually and under attack. Looking back I realized that i had to go thru it. I didn't want to go thru it. I wanted it to stop and no one in the church could help me. I eventually stop going to church.
Denominations aside, in Christianity for worship you have to choose the “mode” of worship first. It’s either orthodox or liturgical or charismatic. They each have rules and many versions. But u gotta pick. He used “church speak” to justify his control issues. When it’s led by Spirit explanations aren’t needed to such an extent to explain what he did. It went viral because something was wrong. He wanted a production not a worship service.

They had a service a few weeks ago that was only worship called “Online Worship Experience.” I heard the screaming then but I didn’t pay it any mind. I just went back to the video and at the 59 min mark you can see and hear the person screaming. Idk if it’s just wailing or if it’s a spirit manifesting but I can see how it could cause some annoyance if it’s happening every Sunday. Lighthouse isn’t a CCM worship service. They praise God but maybe they’re not a good fit for her and the way she expresses her praise

I’m glad he did it, surprised it took that long. The screaming is EVERY Sunday. It gets louder and longer EVERY week. For more than 6 months I have wondered why and how. I understand the spirit and praise however, if praise and prayers haven’t worked in 6 months or more, she needs a meeting with the pastor or therapy.
A church is where you get healed. If she's doing that every Sunday then the pastor is not doing God’s work.

The problem im having is we dont know why she was praising God. Like that . People are hurting maybe she was getting a breakthought. I love God so much and i love to attend church. And i love to worship God and dance in the house of God. And i love good teaching. If i cannot worship God i will not go to that kind of church. The power of God can hit you . Just heard about this story today and believe that the Holy Spirit is a gift from God and when the Holy Spirit comes down it shouldn't be disturbed. There are people who are sincerely seeking the word of God. At the church and churches I've been a member of when the Holy Spirit comes on someone the Pastor would say let the Holy Spirit have his way, some people people would shout, run, dance or fall out in the Spirit and no one would be interrupted, the service would still be proceeding.

People thought Hannah was drunk while she was praying in her heart (1 Samuel 1:13) I've read the comments before watching the video and the comments suggested she was acting indecent. However, after watching the video myself, I feel otherwise. I don't think she was unseemly... I think she was in order and this is praise and worship... the Bible says the spirit makes intercession through groaning which cannot be uttered (Romans 8:26)... this doesn't sound demonic to me nor do I think it called for this... the man of was not preaching and she was not distracting a messaged being delivered from God...
