Also, there was a king way back in Korea known as King Gwangjong he also has a scar. This king is actually remembered by his renowned for ruthlessness and bravery and killing a lot of people and some call him "the mad King" but he breaks all the stereotypes of what kings would be. genre of Korean traditional music consisting of military music played by
wind and percussion instruments, generally performed while marching.
Instruments used include nabal (brass horn), nagak (seashell horn), and taepyeongso (shawm), with jing (gong), jabara (cymbals), and yonggo (hangul: 용고; hanja: 龍鼓; drum painted with dragon designs and played with mallets).

Suga's actually wearing traditional korean clothes, hanbok (the top). As far as I know, that specific top (with the gold circle something) was worn by royalties
Daechwita is a traditional Korean music style, played when the army is marching to war or when the king lives his palace to walks among people something simular a parade.
The one he's wearing is actually a traditional clothing that only kings could wear. You see like traditionally asians grow hair of and take care of it which shows rank on society. Also, there was a king way back in Korea known as King Gwangjong he also has a scar. This king is actually remembered by his renowned for ruthlessness and bravery and killing a lot of people and some call him "the mad King" but he breaks all the stereotypes of what kings would be. A very historical and respected character from the Hangul culture.

Fun fact: some theorys about Agust D killing himself at the end could be a reference from the old mixtape Agust D because there's a track call The Last he said "Min Yoongi is dead. I killed him". But this time he killed Agust D (the king) because he doesn't need a persona, like a mask to pretend that he's a celebrity anymore, because the little poor boy that he was just grew up and made it so now, Agust D, Suga and Min Yoongi are the same person.
Another fun fact: Yoongi is actually from a royal bloodline. He's a far relative of a Korean empress. He's from the Yeoheung Min clan. Also , Jin and V are also from royal bloodline. Both are from Gwangsan Kim clan. I don't know exactly the kinship ( I think thats how you say it, I'm not an native english speaker guys pls correct me if I'm wrong guys)

Suga explained the meaning in the mv making already. 4 yrs ago Agust D became the king, so that's him acting like a mad king killing people diss him. But now a new Agust D in town(the black hair one), he's gonna replace the king.
