Just discovered Notion and just discovered you - thank you for sharing. Try real hard to make the measurements just be numbers. I am required to measure a lot of things every day for my docs. Specifically on weight if I gain 3 pounds in one day I need to call one of my specialists that day. When I first started doing this 8 years ago it was very depressing but I kept at it and have made slow progress and can look back and see that progress.
