Look up voiceover screenreader. Not only r all of apples products (EVERY) accessible. But it's all built in which means no extra cost. With Microsoft, programs like jaws screenreader are upwards of $1200.

+Vash Rein In the U.S. it's usually less than that. VoiceOver is great. Hats off to Apple. But JAWS is better (and it's a product for Windows, not a Microsoft product).

I'm not much of a programmer. but I spend more time as a audio/sound ingineer and radio broadcaster. This is very nice that microsoft is doing this. the question is, how much is it going to be? jaws for windows is so freaking expencive and not everyone can afford it.

You can have the reader read out the text of a whole screen, window, control, line or block and a few other things. They can read out different styles/colours in difference voices or volumes too.
