I possess numerous high level skill sets…..but I lack confidence in a number of ways too and it has completely halted me in life……there are so many trainers and coaches out there that can prepare athletes physically……but there are so few that can prepare an athlete mentally.
as a kid in school snd highschool my skills in football differentiated from being one of the best in the team to not even being able to play a straight pass to a teammate just from low self esteem and different coaches or environment that triggered anxiety or low confidence. It was rough. the mental side of performance is so important

Yeah it happens in my team, the coaches are so toxic. Is kinda hard to be positive around those people.
