Roman, смешно смотрится, наверное! ну мне правда так удобно))))
Зато работу тыльной стороной ладони не затираешь!
Я часто ставлю мизинец как упор, это еще идет со времен, когда в художественном училище рисовала, формат большой и чтобы не затирать ладонью карандашный рисунок, вот так ставила палец.
Главное, что я уже не отслеживаю это, а кто-то мне недавно заметил из зрителей, что я мизинец отгибаю)))) И стала замечать😊

This is really beautiful, I will love to try this one. Can you tell me how you get the really small pieces of pastel to work with, I can break them in half with my fingers but can’t get them @ny smaller than that, if I could have I think it would make it easier to do the drawings

In my work, I use the Rembrandt set of 120 halves.
I break these halves into two parts.
It's more comfortable for me.
Sheshina Ekaterina * HOW TO DRAW * I have the (60 set half stick) I have broken them into half, but it’s trying to get the narrower pieces I can’t figure out how to split them, I feel so stupid, or do they just wear down to that size through use, you do such beautiful pictures, 3hen I can afford it I will expand and get more colours it’s difficult trying to match your colours but I just adapt
Margaret, my pieces of pastels are narrow, then I draw a lot, they are not new:))
A set of 60 colors is also good! Mix your shades or do it in your color scheme.
