Nobody said it took the police 45 minutes to arrive. The woman said the burglars took 4 to 5 minutes to grab what they could and left. Maybe you misheard with her accent or something.
@@Mischa21xo I never wrote it took 45 minutes for LE to arrive. I thought she said (and I replayed it a couple times) 4 minutes to 45 minutes. Why I wrote - WHAT? as I didn’t follow that statement. IF she said it took 4 to 5 minutes for the enitre burglary that makes many aspects understandable. And seems like robbers knew where to go - when to hit.
