I love this page; it's stunning I think the green, yellow, orange, pink all work really well together, and I think that is a great technique for the circle. I will definitely try this!
I love the textured circle element. The white cardstock is perfect. I can’t tie a bow either, not even with the fork method. I need that corner chomper tool!
Victoria, what a beautiful layout! I love the design. I am thinking that one could make a more subtle texture by using a scor board or by using shiplap patterend paper. Perhaps, all try all 3 ways. Btw, your bow is great. Thank you, Jeannine
😍Really nice technique! I can see myself using that on cards as well. When you pulled out that distressing tool it felt like I used own that at some point. 🧐Now I’m wondering where it might be ??? I don’t remember throwing it away or perhaps a friend of mine owned it🤔… So many tools so little time…😱Thanks for the beautiful layout. Love that your daughter is the only orange element- great spotlight
I love the distressed circle, I’m going to steal that idea immediately for an anniversary card I am making. Also, I feel your pain with tying bows; I can’t do it either. If possible I will get someone else to do it for me or the recipient just has to live with my sad attempts.
Cool technique!! And I actually love that you don’t necessarily try to match everything to your photos. Sometimes the concept of that just gives me a headache! 😮
We love this beautiful layout, Victoria! The distressed circle is such a great tip and gives your layout so much texture! 😍
Thanks so much!!!!
This is a beautiful page design. Your daughter’s sweater is a great splash of vibrant color. Her sweater draws the viewer’s eye to her as The Artist.
Oh thank you!

It can be challenging, but when you release that limitation, a whole creative world opens up!
Very pretty! 😚
Thank you!
I love it!!
Thanks!
Is it possible that you can do a page geared towards teenage boys? Thanks
I will consider that for future layouts. I have stories about my teen cousins and nephews that I need to scrapbook. 😀
