Just so you know, having a camera in auto focus with the bright background lights you have is probably what is causing the camera to blur in and out, which can be disorienting. Either emphasize the lighting on your face and reduce background lighting. Or use manual focus and have a spot that you stand every time you record so you don’t have to constantly adjust the focus.
