Thank you for your review! We ordered this couch today and are so excited. I’ve read about the issues with down feathers poking through the couch every now and then.. have you dealt with this at all?
Unfortunately yes but honestly not as much with the cushions as I’ve experienced with pillow inserts that are down feather. I think because the covers around the cushions are so thick, you really don’t feel the feathers prick as you can with pillow covers that are thinner. Hope that helps!
Thanks for your update :) Can you talk more about sinking or flattening? I know that's a huge problem for the RH couch because it starts to look loose, lumpy, and sloppy. So, does this couch need lots of fluffing to maintain it's shape?
