Windjammers would probably be within my top 20 favorite arcade games of all-time, as addictive as any game I've played in my 37 plus years of gaming. I began at age 4 with my NES. Yes, I'm old. Windjammers 2 is awesome and does enough to add to an already super fun base experience. I'm happy to own this one as well.

Love windjammers and windjammers 2 so much fun... back in the day spent many quarters on it in the arcade now I own a neo geo arcade cab at home with windjammers being in one of the slots

Only thing I really wished they added to the sequel was a duos mode. 4 player windjappers would have ben a riot!

That would be awesome, but they'd need to include some bigger 2 on 2 courts though, might get a little cramped.

I hadn't seen or played the original much back when it was new, but I mean it looked fun from what I'd seen of it. prior to release they announced a steam beta test so I definitely had to get in on that! it was actually a lot of fun I was definitely sold after my playtime on it during the weekend. downloaded the Switch release soon as it dropped and the wife and I spent several matches on back-and-forth matches it was a freaking blast! I do wish they'd expanded the game more with new characters and/or DLC stages, but as is it's pretty fun for a quick burst of matches. maybe at some point down the line I'll upgrade to a physical edition.
