I wouldnt have Lawrence any where near that team players like mceaddy, mccarthy, ward and whelan. Glenn whelan was and is an excellent servant to the irish team. He was a mid table premier league midfielder with stoke at the time. And andy reid was playing in the second tier with notts forrest at the time. He would have been s good option off the bench however but whelan has to be in there to protect the back 4. I agree Wes should have started. But that team you selected would have been torn a new one.
@@conorobrien2576 andy reid got player of the month in the championship and scored about 10 goals had forest top of the league until he got injured, just never rated whelan myself. Hopefully kenny will turn it round👍🇮🇪
