He sang Elvis' "An American Trilogy," especially for his dad, who loved that song (as mentioned in the intro to this one). Be sure you have something to dry your very possible tears, though. I listen to it often, and still wonder how he got through it as he did--especially near the end.
Your reaction was touching Jimmy, you got the depth of Dan’s action, giving the couple, mainly the elderly man, the importance they deserved in that moment. Not many people are doing that nowadays. Dan is a Christian, has family and moral values, and is very good-hearted, certainly that’s what makes people admire him much more than just for his talent, and become his loyal fans. Now Dan's rendition of Amazing Grace is the one people intend to leave this earthly life with. They don't even have to ask for permission from him as he announced a few days ago (not for the first time) that anyone can use his recordings anyway they like without paying him royalties. That's how great a guy he is.

Thank you for your reactions to Dan! As great as this one is, An American Trilogy is even better, if only because it's dedicated to his dad and was done just days after Dan lost him. I've seen it dozens of times since I started watching Dan's channel on 9/15/20, and it breaks my heart every single time.
