- LIGHT is the first of three full-length volume of re-imagined Kingdom Hearts music. The album includes 22 rich, fully-orchestrated pieces of music based on the original in-game score, spanning Kingdom Hearts I and II, 358/2 Days, and Dream Drop Distance.
FOREWORD:
Project Destati is a celebration of the rich musical score of the Kingdom Hearts games. The aim of our project is to capture the depth, intensity, and magnitude of Yoko Shimomura’s brilliant compositions that have brought Kingdom Hearts to life over the past decade. Her famous melodies have carried millions of players from the humble start of Sora’s story through the most recent installments of the Kingdom Hearts story.

After that i think Hau'oli, Hau'oli (deep space), then Cloudchasers (Kh2) and in 2:20 i think there is a fragment from Asteroid Attack (kh2), BBS The Worlds (world map), Shipmeisters' Humoresque, Blast off! (kh2 gummi ship menu), Blast away! Gummi Ship II, Blast away! Gummi Ship III, Gummi ship mission complete theme from KH2.
I really love this album and it deserves more attention, you are amazing.

Do you have freaking absolute pitch? Because that is one hell of a way to recognize everything in there.
The tempo change at 1:01 continues to baffle me. So subtle and so fitting for the motifs already present! This is my favorite song in the album

I might be wrong, but I think I'm hearing a part of J-E-N-O-V-A at 1:43, playing during CLOUDchasers, was it intentional? :D Knowing many members of the Project Destati team are also FF fans, I'm sure it was! ;)

I'm so glad you uploaded the videos so I could comment on each one and explain why it kicks so much ass right now. "Cloudchasers" into "The Worlds" gives me goosebumps every single time. The syncopation of Cloudchasers is so legit it sounds amazing orchestrated. This is a first comment of many to come!
Would've loved to hear hazardous highway from you, but truly it wouldn't have been apropriate in this song, still though this song is amazing, love the part from cloud chasers! Hopefully we get hazardous highway in another song, it might be challenging to blend that electric guitar into the orchestra but i'm sure you can make it happen, keep at it Project Destati, you're amazing

The way the beginning readies you for adventure the last gummy ship theme from kh1 showing the challenges you go through and then capping it off with fun, some what contemplative wonder just before the end and then ending with looking back on both the good and bad times with absolute joy, wonder and grandeur and readying the gummi ship for yet another adventure just sings perfection

+Gamelover254 Have you heard First Breath - Gearing Up, from Ms. Shimomura's concert? It's easily as good as this piece, and I think you all at Project Destati can agree.
Although... they can't really be compared, as despite both being Gummi arrangements they're composed of different tracks.
First Breath's version sounds, incredibly, even more upbeat. That's not to say your version isn't; I enjoy both equally.

With the release of Darkness, I'm going back to my Project Destati playlist for study music... truly soothing to the soul.
Birth by Sleep was probably my favourite Kingdom Hearts game of all serie
who does all of this music? and who's the composer? is it all done by one person on instrument, or on a computer? I find all of this music amazing and astonishing because of how quickly you get this music.
Most likely hand-done, since the oboe around 3:56, I could hear the key's of it being pressed down... either oboe or Bb clarinet on it's highest octave

And nice catch there at 3:56! The flute, oboe, clarinet, and bassoon all play there, but the oboe is leading the melody. It was live performed by Kristin, one of the members of our team
