I still wouldn't waste that many tickets to get this unit. Unless you already have everything else, and even so, considering how OPTC makes Limit Break materials scarce and the only direct line of acquiring more LB materials it's still up to debate if it is even worth wasting so many tickets on this unit. Thanks for the video!

Probably at the very least 26k. Because you need 10 Copies (Base +9 LLB) and at least one Guiding Stone, but most likely more. I believe you could use RR LLB Posters to send him to LLB 9 and save a portion of the tickets, but I wouldn't advise wasting Posters on f2p units. There are better used in limited RR's, especially Pirate Rumble units.
