Edit: Also, it exists a micronation called ,,Prussia" (or something like that... well it has Prussia in the name) in Canada. So Prussia could be the personification of this micronation. Probably he won't know who he once was (this also could be why Germany and HRE looks similar, Germany was once the personification of HRE...), but Germany or maybe Spain/France (his best friends) will know who he was.
