    Your hair looks beautiful and healthy. And I just started with blood builder a few days ago. I'm a 60 yo lady and let me tell you that after the first pill, I woke up the next morning full of energy, and it's helping me stick to exercise and steadily push on to harder levels.
    For example -- I started jumping on a mini trampoline about a week ago. I started off at 5 min a day, then 10 min a day after starting the blood builder, and yesterday pushed it to 60 min and did the whole thing! Whew! What a knockout workout but I did it! I feel committed to exercise for the rest of my life, and this blood builder vitamin is helping me to do it, but am also taking one Geritol vitamin with it. ❤ The Geritol alone wasn't giving me that kick and the blood builder did that.

      Oh wow. That's great! I'm so glad the pills helped you for what you needed them to do. I can also admit they did give me energy.

    Good video. I hope you are still taking the Megafood iron. It has Iron glycinate which is a type of iron supplement which is better than other iron supplements. The key difference between ferrous sulfate and iron glycinate is that ferrous sulfate is less absorbed and more toxic than iron glycinate when used in medications. The 65mg is ferrous sulfate

    Great video gonna go buy today. Please go have your thryroid checked if you haven't. I would stay cold. No one else around me was cold, so I didn't think much about it. But always had a jacket or blanket with me. Was told by one doctor my thyroid levels were low. Again, that meant nothing to me. Some years past and my new doctor found a lump in my throat. Ended up with thyroid cancer. Had surgery. I'm fine now, but on thyroid meds for life. So you may need to be on thyroid medicine also. All the best.

    the one with 65 mg of iron didn't work for me. And it cause constipation. Took the for months and didn't notice any difference. I'm on the blood builders now and I can tell a difference. I'm still kinda fatigue but I can tell they working.

    How many times were you taking blood builder? Have you ever tried floradix liquid iron? I have same issue with my cycle and During and maybe a week or a little over I would take both. I would take liquid in morning with lemon water for vitamin c and better absorption of iron and the blood builder at night . My labs have been at 12.

    This video was so Honest & helpful! My levels are extremely low, and I was recommended to get iron infusion, I am not as dangerous as that sounds. But I did buy these pills as well as HEME pills… I have the same issue of losing too much blood during my cycle & not having built it back up before the following cycle. I am trying to figure this thing out- just wish there were more alternatives than just infusions.

    • @MedicalBillingMaven
      @MedicalBillingMaven  Год назад +5

      I know what you mean. I also wish there were more alternatives. I've heard depending om the reason for the excessive bleeding you may look into the foods you're eating. Mines is because of fibroids I hear there's a fibroid diet that can shrink the fibroids. Not sure how effective that would be.
