@@AliexFolgueira He is not asking if it would sink, I think we all know it won't sink, it is an inflatable! How does it handle wakes from boats and/or ocean swells.
@@haciendadad it is not an inflatable, this is solid! And what Hobie said it should ride above the waves 🌊 and wakes, how well ? Depends on the size of the boat ! Lol
The I Trek 9 looks awesome. Probably not good for fishing. A big fish would poke a hole in it. Thanks for doing the Lynx demo. Can’t wait to see the Pelican demo.
It would take something along the lines of a shark. The hobie inflatables feel like hog skin. Very durable. Tougher than high-end pull behind tube and such.
@@AliexFolgueira chad Hoover dropped video of it this morning. I was hoping you get your hands on one. so we can get a true review of it from you, and 12.5 max vs p127 is the extra $400 worth it.
@@wstn7938 I don’t think it’s worth 3k myself just looking at it. But also know max 12.5 has it’s flaws. slash back water coming over the bow, Turning cables getting loose. Also know people sold their max because of pedal drive problems. Why I look forward to Alex giving a review because he going call this stuff out.
@Kyle Downy yah the max isn’t perfect but looking at the p127 it looks like it has the same steering as the natives and it also uses the same drive. I upgraded my steering and handle and love it now.
Hello Alex are you going man. That is a nice Hobie kayak man. I like how it turns on a dime. I wish I had a narrow foot so that my foot can fit through those pedal straps like your foot does. I noticed out your foot didn't have any issues at all fittings through. I have very very extremely wide feet 6 EEEEEE wide with very fat wide toe that are equally straight across making my foot very very wide at 6 1/2 inches wide from my big toe to my lil toe. I tried to fit my foot through those straps & the straps get caught up between my third and fourth toe on my foot which is very uncomfortable. I think if my toes were at a 45 degree angle like everybody else's toes I think it might fit through those straps but with my toes being straight across there's no way it will fit through those straps. It also don't help that my toes are fat and wide too. These are the problems I go through for having very fat wide toe that are straight across. Last time I try to demo a Hobie kayak the salesman was shocked that my foot was 6 1/2 inches wide and it wouldn't fit through the straps for me to demo the kayak. But the one thing about having a extremely wide foot is I have great balance though. Wish I was there to demo the kayak with you man. Thank you for sharing this video.
Hay Aliex~ I'm just looking into getting a kayak & really like the pedal ones. Can you peddle AND paddle at the same time? Or is it just one or the other?
Looks great. Do You know aliex if in this icast bixpy Will introduce a newer more powerful engine+batery?. Also, did hobie make any change to the Mirage island?
Built like a surf board. From the inside out. It has a 350 pound capacity. 11 feet long 3 feet wide. Just an over priced Pelican. For the price I take the Pelican. Good video though. I noted that the bottom is a different color than the top. Is it welded together like the Pelican.

That boat is so cool.
I'd like to see how stable it is against boat wakes.
It should ride above the big waves like it won’t sink no water can get in

Looks like your gear can easily slide off it if you lay it down though.
So, the i9 is the inflated and if you could a Bixby on it coll if not meh...

Keep in mind. The Lynx is not an inflatable. It's solid and foam filled
The only thing I dislike about these are the handles.
At 45 pounds with 350-pound capacity, that's amazing.
Disculpa que no hablo inglés pero quería saber si ese sitio es aquí en Miami y si vale la pena ese kayak.
Gracias.
Ve a nautical ventures en Broward y si vale la pena caro pero lo vale
im saving up a bit and get this one, the size hooks me up :). PA14 is great but I can't carry it with 1 hand down the clip :P
Pretty cool set up.. Do they have bonafide p127 to demo at icast?
No demo it bet it is not even ready yet

Does water come on the Deck?
it is a paddle board sorta, so with a nice chop i can see water coming thru, i havent test it myself though
I love your homie videoss
Thanks brother, means a lot ! Thanks for saying that 😀
I hate when my phone types homie 😂😂
I have a deposit on one. Will be oct or nov before I get it but really looking forward to it
Fresh probably good. I wouldn't use it in salt. Seat is too high. Lacks storage space
