Before you guys start badmouthing this keeper remember she's the one that made those penalty saves against Panama that got Jamaica into the world cup. She''s a very good keeper that had a bad day it happens.

Sam Kerr was playing two games, one against Jamaica and one against Brazil, that's why she wasn't celebrating her goals, she knew Australia had to score more than two goals rather than just win. Such an amazing player.

Nicole McClure had helped us get to the finals, so it was only fair to let her play, considering that we had already been eliminated. Schneider was only 19 in this tournament, so she'll be back.
So happy that Jamaica got a goal. Can only go up from here. Love the fans and love the team.

The Reggae Girlz were made up of very young players (IIRC, more than half of the squad was 23 or younger, and we even had a 17 year old.) As a Jamaican, I was proud of them for even qualifying. Our future is bright.

Jamaica had too many turn over in the first half, not marking Sam kerr caused them the game. Overall, the Jamaicans looked dangerous as the game prolonged, especially Khadijah Shaw, who i think has the potential to be a great forward. Nobody can stop her, when she gets it right in the future, Jamaica will be one hell of a team.

TBH...it was quite poor GK'ing by Jamaica -- best part of the game was seeing the reaction of the Jamaica team after scoring their first WC finals goal :)
I had high hopes for Jamaica. They just need a couple of yrs of intensive football in order to become world class. But I'm happy for their goal! :-)
From what I hear, the Jamaican football federation does not even fund them. If it wasn't for Marley's money, they wouldn't even have a team so I'm surprised they even qualified. They have some good players and with a bit of money and match experience, they can do much better next WWC.

I had the first two matches ruined by spoilers. Once I know who won watching the full match was ruined immediately. Nope the coach just wanted to give everyone a taste of the wc, because they were already out.Nicole played a role in JA getting to this WC, because they say she's better at saving pks, so during the last qualifying match, (which was heading to a shootout) the coach took Syndey off in the dying seconds and brought on Nicole, and she made 2 big saves in that shootout, which helped them to victory and a place at the wc behind USA and Canada.Panama who ended 4th had TO play off against Argentina or was it Chile? and they (Panama) lost.The best gks make blunders as well,
