I want you to know that fights so intense gnawing at the soul can *NEVER* take away or destroy Who You Are as a person. Take your time, pace yourself, drink tea 🍵, enjoy hobbies that bring out passion and ways to vent emotions safely. I use writing to help me when I feel like my words continually fall on deaf ears like I'm in a soundproof room and the universe outside is out of reach. But I digress, I hope you know that your feelings and frustrations etc..will always be valid and valued. The most priceless things are your Happiness, Smile, and Soul.
