I said the same damn thing! Gabby had all of them looking tight as a unit. Her counts and ripples made for more a captivating visual effect. I think ppl were jealous and became use to the captain being center stage, her counts made the Entire team look great and told the story if each song. I found myself looking at all of them as a TEAM!
I very seldom commented because I was angry how they came for her but fans need to stop calling captain's. I notice soon as they hit the team people start calling captain's. It's too much focus on who gone be in the front.

I have to admit I was one of those that was upset with the captain selection for 2018 cause I wanted Jorden so I never paid attention to that season. Now I’m watching the videos of Gabby and my gosh. All those counts that I never seen Micah throw now I know why people said she should’ve gotten a second year as captain. Gabby was truly breathtaking.

To me, Micah is a great dancer but a lot of people got that confused with being a great leader. If being captain was purely based off of whether the chosen person could dance, any one of the girls could’ve been captain. Being a captain is more than being a good dancer, it’s about being a good leader. We learned that in 2019 with Micah. She was alright but the count selections were unbearable sometimes and she had no diversity when it came to counts either. The way the Stingettes did the dolls in 2019 should’ve been a huge wake up call. Every one of the girls is a good dancer but not every one of them is a good leader.
I could not keep my eyes of Jada !! this girl is a 2nd year doll, and dances like she’s on her 4th year ! she’ll most def be the captain when it’s her time!

I have been watching Southern University band for a very long time wanted to be a student there back in the day and still uphold the majorettes to a very high standard of dancing routines and classiness whoever is routine choreographer she does a very excellent job and whoever does y'all hair he or she does a damn good job or keeping it tight keep up the good works ladies you're recognized all over the world
