Love switchfoot. Been listening since i was in highschool. Now Im 27 and their songs became more meaningful in this stage of my life. Hope to see them in the Philippines.

Wow , really like this song. Love Switchfoot but this is my first time hearing this song.
I'll be honest, I'm not a big fan of the Fading West album - I find it much too "electronic"; I want to hear Switchfoot, not a computer.
But this EP is incredible. They have a sound that is different from their previous albums (something Switchfoot tends to do quite well, changing their sound each album), but it still sounds like Switchfoot. :)
+Paul Bruce I respect your opinion but disagree wholeheartedly. Fading West is hands down my favorite Switchfoot album to date. Yeah, a computer was utilized to create the sounds instead of solely musical instruments. That doesn't mean you're hearing any less Switchfoot. If an artist uses an electric synthesizer instead of a grand piano, is any less of their emotion coming through? I would say emphatically, no.
I was thinking the same thing, and supposedly they're coming out with another album next year, hopefully they put more electric guitar and drums
agreed, fading west had good songs, but wasn't switchfoot's style. this sounds like acoustic switchfoot b sides which are still good.
This song helps me to know how to frame the bad thoughts anxiety and depression are always giving me

I'm glad I read the comments section when the song was about to start. I don't think I'd heard this one even though I know A LOT of Switchfoot music. I'm glad I took the time to listen. I truly appreciated the line about the whisper being able to drown them out. That still small voice of the Spirit has so much power.

In all honesty Switchfoot is one of those bands that is best with that rock sound. This is isn't terrible but it isn't any Comedown Machine or Angles if we're talking rock bands that went electronic ya'll should check out The Strokes
