How long is the distance you did with it before it overheats?! I have a symphony s 50 and im planning to travel long distance with it (around 150 Km). Do you encourage me to do it?!
You can safely do it provided your scooter is well maintained (i.e. as described in the owners manual). I only did 130 km the most - it was raining and @ 20 degrees Celsius outside and the scooter handled the trip very well. However, if it's over 35 degrees Celsius outside you can expect it to overheat and stop. I don't see that as a big issue, as long as you have somewhere to pull over and let it cool down.
Besides the engine overheat scenario, the SYM worked flawlessly and it still does so after 2 years and about 6000km, used every day. So I can’t say it’s a bad machine. Does Honda have a 50cc scooter?

you should change the CDI and remove the speed restrector from the mechanic cylinder to get the 75 km/h
I have dellorto ecu on the sam bike still get aroung 60 kmh
i have same one with 70cc Kit it goes 70kph gps real speed still havent removed the speed restrictor. it should do more.
