My heart is so burdened for the victim and the perpetrator. I was targeted by a pastor when I was 10 by a pastor and it was my grandfather. I trusted him and looked up to him so much I was completely taken off guard. I forgave him and he bawled like a baby. I told him I forgave him 10 years after the first attempt he made attacking me. Oh… and no one believed me till he passed away. I was called a liar. I am praying for all the victims as well as the perpetrators. Healing needs to take place. So sad 😭
I believe you that happened to me my grandpa was not a pastor but a big time church goer a hypocrite but it took me many years to get through it and forgive him I couldn’t even say his name I also was about 10 years old I am now 75 years old 😢
Heartbreaking. No one believed us either. God is just and that is why I fell in love with Him. Justice will come and true restoration will come. Great blessings

Highly suggest John Bevere’s latest book The Awe of God where he tells the stories of mega church pastors who loved the Lord, BUT didn’t fear the Lord. Lack of fear of the Lord is what’s missing in our churches.
The FEAR OF THE LORD and LOVING the LORD cannot be separated. Some may LOVE the LORD in a SUPERFICIAL way but GOD seeks those who would lOVE Him with all their heart, mind, soul and strength (Matthew 22:37)
He who has no sin cast the first stone. Let us all take introspect. God is cleansing His Church.

At church a little Girl was flirting with me after prayer to change her heart the Lord rebuked her she was scared but I encouraged her to trust Jesus love
Let us pray for their cleansing healing and restoration including those who were affected by them.

1 Peter 4:17 *"For it is time for judgment to begin with the household of God;* and if it begins with us first, what will be the outcome for those who do not obey the gospel of God?" For years, the Lord has told us to declare, *"Expose, Expose, Expose"* long before I heard others say it. He said to not only declare exposure in government, but also in the church and the 7 mountains of influence.
The Lord is cleansing His priesthood. Bringing forth His Holiness and purity.

Strong Christians ultimately bring more people to Christ. A small church of strong Christians never stays small. It’s an abundant harvest with few workers.

Yes, and I have a bag of stones for anyone who is guiltless! Now people say he was a false teacher... I have grown and been inspired by the teaching of Word by Robert Morris... doesn't mean it was a horrible crime hidden but God's WORD is still honored inspite of the duplicity. Because His Word will win and I have heard him speak of this sin in words however not the full story but God was in it for him to repent. I am appalled by how the Church runs in fear and doesn't even know or sense the truth when the WORD is spoken. Even the Devil speaks truth when he quotes the Word. Thanks Larry, for no mudslinging. In exposing - the victim lets go of great baggage. And I pray for her, but I do believe we all have the same sins, we just don't have a huge platform, but there will be a day.
The victim is a Christian Woman and has been trying to to expose him for years . We are talking about about a rape and JESUS said about those who harm children and cause offense will have a particular judgement. The early church absolutely judged sin and yes a place of repentance but he did not he continued to justify his sin. Even Satan knows the word . Stop worshipping anyone but Jesus

What a great Man Of God this guy is! He actually is directing everyone to pray for these leaders. We are all even the leaders afforded the same grace and mercy that everyone is.
My problem is why it took 40 plus years for this woman to come forward! I think she’s mid 50s
It is my understanding that she did come forward. For many years she had told church leaders about what happened to her but no one would deal with it. She even attempted to sue and was offered $25,000 If she would sign a nondisclosure about what happened and who the perpetrator was which she refused to do. I consider her a very brave lady.
She came forward in 2005 and the lawyer said it was her fault. Don't be quick to judge her. Jesus went to the side of the woman who was caught in adultery and listened to her.
This is excellent Larry. This will help many who have been swung out of orbit because of church hurt! Find your people and get back in action to win the lost! 😊

This reminds me of what was going on in Israel in the Old Testament with the sons of the priest Eli, they continue to perform their duties while living in sin and God judged them severely. Of course these men now in our time have « repented » . Only God knows. We have to pray for the church not to get cold because of what’s happened.

The leaders failed to use wisdom let this serve as a warning to everyone to look at their lives and be real with God and get these things sorted in our lives and pray that God will give great wisdom how to lead church not above the law

The prayer that Jesus prayed says" and 4give us our sins,as we 4give Those who sin against us." If 🎉 we don't 4give those who Sin against us,we can not expect God 2 4give us! Its in the Bible. Pride will keep us from 4giving anyone. We do not want pride 2 keep us from heaven- nothing or no one is worth missing heaven. We only have until we breathe our last or the rapture takes place.

I think Holy Spirit just revealed to me that all these mega-church pastors are being exposed because God wants to close the mega churches. When a pastor gets to the point of leading such a large congregation people tend to believe he has to be God-like, and forget he is just a human being like all the rest of us. There is only One who lived a perfect life, and I sense that He wants us to have churches of a more manageable size with more relatable leadership. Not elevated superhero pastors. 🙏
They are not, but sorry that's human reasoning thinking. Think about it in reality Heaven's going to be the biggest (megachurch). So God's not stumbled or opposed to numbers that's human reasoning thinking. I get what you're saying to a degree but I get so sick of hearing people say megachurch megachurch we want growth so that's just our natural thinking acting like growth and conversion shouldn't happen.

This sin was already exposed 35 years ago and he repented and was healed. Now there is a concerted effort all over the country to attack Christianity. This is just another phase of it.
