You can tell that the first cop is genuinely a nice guy. The second cop was a grouch and took some work to win him over.
I believe he was mad at the 1st officer maybe coz he doesn’t speak good English but he wasn’t mad at Julian
I think it was "why have you sent him to me" and the first guy said cause he pissed me off - cop was probably thinking he had a problem to deal with.
I guess it could be either one of those scenarios. Only the first cop would know really know the truth. Since he would know his partner the best.
Older cop has dealt with more bull shit in his career.

I wish cops were like this chill in America.
Here , in US, it is the land of people desperate to make money by suing the cops all the time so police officers see the people as their enemies who need to be abused as much as possible.The American lawyers are responsible for creating this conflict between law enforcement and people because they created these abusive police department policies which can get you arrested for even joking with a cop.

@@logiic8835 I was in Cannes France screening a movie I worked on, and coming from the airport to my villa I got lost. I saw a policeman at the traffic light three cars ahead of me and I made a hand gesture for him to come to the car before the light turned green. The light turned green and he strolled to my car with his chest pumped out and said “why you call me like this 👋 am I a dog?” I could not believe my ears, I then asked “excuse me?” He then said “why you call me like dat?” He then repeated “I am not a dog!”
I then said, “are you serious right now?”, “How else should I wave to get your attention?”, “I didn’t whistle and say here boy! “, “I’m lost for G-d sakes!” After the brief back and forth with the cop... he sent me on my way and refused to give me directions! I thought cops were supposed to help you when you can’t find your way in a foreign country. I then located a firehouse and they helped me out! 🤦🏻♂️
At least an event like this can make the police on duty on the road, make a police officer a little more relaxed and more entertained. From one of the observers of magic magicians in Indonesia🇮🇩

Hello I'm french (salut les amis ! ) so i explain for thoses who dont know
In France we have different type of policemans. We have "Police Municipale" (this guys there) And "Police Nationale" the municipal police is a small police for the city, but they dont have good reputation and the real police is more the national police. We got also the "gendarmerie" for thoses who know "les gendarmes à saint tropez" and gendarmerie is more like a countryside police, and it's also military.
This dude could take a 1 minute clip and repeat it into a 30m movie 💀
