KYRA!!!! The lids to your blue and green cups for the kids, the silicone top comes off for cleaning. If you don’t you have a chance of mold growing under there. You can still put both pieces in the dishwasher separately but it doesn’t get cleaned well if they are still put together. I hope you read this.

I love that your cats are always with you. When my parents got divorced (I was 6), my mom got two cats and they got us through some of the toughest times by just being there. One died two years ago at 15, and the other just passed away in January at 17. I'll miss those little cats forever.
If you have a bladder infection and start throwing up/feeling sick, that could be a sign its spreading (infection) Just in case i heard you right. If not then just ignore me lol
You should take the silicone portion out of the lid of the 360 cup. My parents didn’t for the longest time and there was mold buildup, so we make sure we take it out and put it in the dishwasher separate from the plastic part of the lid!
Did you know that candles have like a burn memory and in order to keep your candles to burn evenly you have to make sure that on the first burn you make sure the entire top of the candle is melted and from there on out it will always melt the same if that makes any fudging sense at all. 🤣 just passing the info I've learned.

There are some anti-depressants that cause nausea and vomiting, especially of you happen miss a dose or two. There is also a vomiting stomach bug making the rounds the last week or two everywhere.

Just a tip from another mommy for the 360 cups the lids also come apart. Like the rubber piece comes off of the lid so mold doesn’t get trapped in them!! ☺️ hope this helps if you see this!

Did you stop or change any prescription meds lately? That can cause nausea/vomiting and heightened sense of smell too with withdrawals and it's not just opiates you can't stop taking suddenly its a lot of psychiatric meds too. Just a thought and I hope you're feeling better! (Idk if Utah is legal state or not but some cbd/thc edibles always make me feel better.) Sending love from Wilsonville Oregon.
I’m on opiates well kinda (suboxone) and it literally causes me nausea, constipation , heat flashes to. Sometimes they can cause it 🤷♀️ maybe she started a medicine

Drinking on antidepressants probably isn't the best. Hints alcohol is a depressant. And mixing the two is never a good idea. An that's not a Karen comment that's reality and lethal!
Also, to add. When you’re on medications it’s recommended not to consume alcohol because your liver is already filtering the medications out and now you’re adding alcohol which is essentially a position to filter as well.
I was suffering from frequent UTIs for 11 years! Non of that OTC stuff helped me. I highly recommend finding a good functional medicine doctor in your area and get it over with once and for all :)

Kyra if ever hungover again drink liquid iv! Its a life saver.if you are unable to hold it down you can go to urgent care and get iv fluids and you will amazing in about 45mins
When I take tums i don’t chew them. I kinda just let them dissolve in my mouth lol. Idk if it really helps much but that’s the best way I like to take them🤷🏻♀️😂
Maybe you were just dehydrated. That can wreck you. Drinking alcohol dehydrates. Drink one of those liquid IV things before you drink next time. I've heard it helpssss
1-2 Milk thistle (pills) before drinking and in the morning with a bottle of water each time... but of course the only way to make it less sucky is to stay hydrated! Also I want a vacuum robot but I have mostly carpets and they always sink and stop moving soooo I gotta change the floors or move hahaha
Try Powerade or it’s sister 🤣 or liquid Iv. You could freeze it and make it into a popsicles so it’s not so much on the stomach. But gotta hydrate so that liver can cleanse

Try the tums smoothies they're better in texture. Easier to get down. That or I take omeprazole and that works SO much better!
