I have a feeling OSSC would really enjoy Miles Morales and Gwen Stacy.
Bale was a great Wayne, but his Batman was... Meh. What really saved Bale was *Nolon* and the trilogies absolute all star casting. I liked Afflecks Batman for one brutal reason. *Affleck is a 6'4 220 pound Batman.* Ol Ben is a big dude and I feel he was robbed of a chance with all the garbage writing...
And soon I think we're getting a Robert Pattinson Batman. I don't watch a lot of movies and only know him from the Twilight movies and Harry Potter's Cedric Diggory unfortunately but I heard he has underappreciated acting skills so I think I'm going to wait for his performance. I was born in the late 90s and the Adam West Batman was my introduction to the character. I honestly thought that “POW!!” was Batman’s super power. Keep in mind I wasn’t even 5 yet. 😂

The 50s TV Superman did fly and bullets bounced off his chest so he was more powerful than the scenes in this video made him appear. Of course the special effects were only 50s TV quality but the show was loved by kids of the time and is still remembered fondly by them.
I still like the old Incredible Hulk though because it shows the human aspect of the story, the struggle David Banner faces to contain his demon. And that ending theme is just haunting.

That was sick!
This old man recalls Superman and Supergirl flying into deep space to intercept and destroy Mongul and his Warworld. They took on and defeated a Thanos-level villain and his entire planet-sized battle-station and military-industrial complex! Supergirl hauled off a couple of parsecs, worked up enough speed to punch right through defences and planet, then Supes went in the hole and took on Mongul himself, wiping the planet with him (sort of like the wish of all decent people wanting to confront the evil leader in his bunker). Then Superman had to cross dimensions to find where Supergirl was; he met her half-way, on her way back. IMHO, the peak of Kryptonian performance.
Liked how they noticed that the original Superman was about helping ordinary people. In the first comics he protected folks against corrupt businessmen, violent gangsters and murderous landlords. Like a good neighbour. The moving planets and fighting aliens came later. The current TV series has him doing almost nothing, except to punch the big threats.
I'm surprised that for the old Superman one they didn't go with the Christopher Reeves one from the late 70s while, while still a bit dated, still feels more like "Superman" than the 1950s TV show they showed here.
I am glad that they inclouded the BvS Batman and not Bale's Batman , I think Afleck is superior in almost every way , he is the top when it comes to live action Batman , even if you hated BvS you can't deny that Afleck is straight from the comics as Bruce and as Batman
