He didn’t call that personally (by no means I am sticking up for JC I genuinely can’t stand him) She was watching him doing a live and he was talking about somebody calling that person ‘fat’ and ‘old’ - the point she was making is1 long story short, making comments like that is going to make anyone who is ‘old’ or ‘fat’ feel horrendous. The person they are buying product from judges people on age and weight. She said herself she is older and feels over the weight of a the standard 20yo, which makes her side eye . Basically James would judge he’s in the street waking by as strangers.

I think if, for example how you said people leave rude comments and you clap back is fine. But for James Charles or anyone as popular as him with a brand, they do need to keep it close to the chest because it could effect their sales, their brand, etc they have more to lose rather than you or any regular creator who doesn’t have a brand or something to give them the revenue that they get.
