One thing I tell all my friends when they are grieving is - whatever you need during this period of time is valid and okay. Some need space, some need more care, some dont know what they need yet. When someone loves you they realise this period of time isnt about them, its about you and dont take anything personally. So if you feel like you lost some friends during this time just know they are not worth it. A loving friend will not dip out during a difficult time in your life just because they dont know what to say ❤ xx

I just need to say thank you for sharing what you have been going through, I similar went through a very difficult time with my health and during that I lost a close friend. Seeing people’s true colours is a reality I didn’t know I needed to see. The trauma still stays with me and navigating that is truly such a hard thing to do alone but it’s nice to know I'm not alone when I hear you speaking about a hard time as well. I've found I've had to adjust expectations of relationships every year since graduating college and it's definitely hard each year, but I also try to lean into new relationships and being grateful for long-time friends. All your videos are such a comfort!

Your natural hair is beautiful! I have a similar texture. I think the key for me is applying the gel throughout while it's wet, letting it get a little crunchy while it dries fully, then scrunching that cast out. Doing this does give me less frizz. Give it a dry, hope it helps. Either way, i think your hair looked great just the way you did it too
