I bought several wigs from here 2 wigs were bad. One tangled up as if it was used. They did not refund me and it was very expensive too. They were only offering 20 % off my next purchase. Or 15.00 refund for a used dead wig. They didn’t care about the bad wig they sent me. I even left a note saying please make sure you inspect wig quality before shipping due to the previous wig I bought that the band wasn’t sewn correctly. This company is ripping customers off and refuse to refund you of shipping a new wig. The tag was not even attached. And one wig smelled like strong perfume. I can’t even leave a bad review because they don’t allow you to create a review. It gives an error message pretending you didn’t buy anything to be able to leave a review. Note I bought many in the past. This company wigs are NOT good quality anymore and I’m telling you my wig is behaving like a well used wig that needs to go in the trash. They won’t allow me to leave a review either. Has anyone else had a bad experience recently?
