Where is the shuttle service from the airport.? Is there a sign or something
It's on the arrival level at each terminal. There is a dedicated area for hotel shuttles and other transit shuttles
Is this hotel and area safe?
It's near Newark airport so generally safe. Its surrounding areas are not very walkable though.
