I'm not surprised that nobody stays there. It is so small, has no window, and has a high price. Something is wrong when the 5-star Hilton just in front of the airport is cheaper than this small room.

I just noticed that the seat in your video has a 3 points belt system. Is this becomimg a new thing? I do not fly a lot, but on my last flyght. with Turkish, they also had a 3 points belt on business class. It was their "new" seats on a wide body.

Short haul CX flights feel much better than their long haul flights. I think EVA air and Singapore air are much better in Long haul flights. Just personal opinion.😉

Unfortunately you went to poorer of the three united clubs in terminal 1 at O'hare. This B (Gate B18) concourse club is old, small, cramped and very dated. The food selection isn't very good and it's slow to rotate or refill so it often sits there for a long time and get picked over. I've been in here many times when the other clubs were closed and even with the windows, it always felt like I was in an old basement. The club in the C concourse (across from C16) is the better of the three available (Polaris excluded) in Terminal 1. It's large, food is good, great bar and bartender service with a nice view of the ramp so you can watch planes. I've always had very friendly service in this club and the food has always been very fresh. If you're leaving out of terminal 2 or you have time to kill and don't mind the walk, The club in F concourse is worth the visit. It's an upper level club that also has ramp views so you can watch planes moving. The food was very good both of the times I have been there but the selection wasn't huge. I did like that they normally have a large selection of chips which is something that isn't always put out at the other clubs. Next time, try C16, I think you'll have a much better experience.

STAY AWAY!!! Their website is completely unreliable-I couldn't check in online. The flight experience was awful: the crew didn’t speak English, the cabin temperature felt like it was below 0 degrees, and, to make matters worse, they lost my luggage in Shanghai. I’ve sent multiple emails and received no response. I’ve called their hotline over 10 times, and every single agent told me they couldn’t speak English, even though their system claims to offer English support. It’s unbelievable that this company was even granted a license to operate. Avoid at all costs!
