+MusicalFox I can argue about GUMI, though. You need a lot of tuning to make her understandable. She's good but you have to make her good. For the rest I can agree, but I haven't worked with Ruby as of now.
I have Gumi English v3 and I can vouch that she's really understandable and easy to use.
