Anybody remember the old war movie where there's edith Piaf la vie en rose? Is it "private Ryan or something?" I used to watched war movie several times as a teenager just to find that strange' heart wrenching feelings 😬 (I know kind of weirdo)
but anyway that moment when you sitting at a quiet place/open place or big empty room silent without the sound of human activities, blank mind or thinking about life with Edith piaf on the background it feels different.

My life is better now, it really is.
I moved out of my parents house, I'm in college, I have an apartment, I have good friends, I'm over my ex, I like the way I look and I'm doing things that I actually like to do.
But is those moments, while I lay down in my bed in the middle of the night, that these toughts come back to me. The ones I had when I felt completely alone in life, I hated myself and my heart was broken into pieces. I was unhappy then and I should be happy now, but sometimes I still fell like I'm inside the deep pit of my mind, inprisioned by all those dark thoughts that I can't run from.
And now, that I don't have a reason to be anxious, sad, *depressed*, it's the moment this hits harder. Because it really shows me that I'm sick, that this is not just caused by problems in my life but something deeper. I hate that I can't even enjoy these moments that should be my best. I have dreams of course, but they seem fragile and weak against my want to end it all, my will is not strong enough. I wish it was.
I just hope that I can heal, one way or another. That I can leave this behind and in the future, oh wouldn't it be good to have a future?, then I can just look back and be proud of myself for getting over it.
But this future certainly is not now.
So I'll just wait.
Sleep early, drink water and exercise 🥺
I remember my dad used to say dying is easy, but if you want to live, you have to work for it. I circled on the verge of life and death multiple times too, but eventually realized the tough moments just made it too hard at times. When I made time for myself to take breaks/do what I enjoy, occasionally the overwhelming feeling of how enjoyable life is comes and I feel like I never want to end it. Maybe it would be the same for you too. Hang in there friend, we got this ❤️

Humans are creatures of habits, almost everything we do can turn into habits, even emotions. To break that habit you could try with your thoughts? When ever I have negative thoughts I acknowledge why I’m saying those bad things about myself and tell myself that they are not true even if I don’t believe that. Eventually I started believing it, I got happier and now I love the way I look and I love my life!
I hope this helps and I just wanted you to know that it does get better, you do heal and that your not alone ❤

The world around us moves.
The flowers sway in the wind ever so gently. The waters push back and forth. And the wind is always blowing, always moving. There's always a cold rock, sitting around. A pebble is just getting kicked around by a kid. Flowers are always being picked for loved ones. Someone has just experienced the sea for the first time. Someone has just seen it for their last.
I let images of these beautiful bits of life play in my head. We don't all notice them as we should. We take them for granted; forget them; some even cast them away as "not worth it". But it's all so worth it once you take the time to think. That maybe, you won't even see these things again.
I let myself return to reality. I'm falling--no--I've been falling for longer than it feels. Minutes? Maybe it's been several days since I jumped. I watch the sea grow, come closer to me. All of a sudden, everything grows cold. A shiver goes through me, and I feel limp. Is this what death feels like? I wish I hadn't jumped. I wish I stayed up there, and enjoyed what was around me for longer. As a final effort, I lift my arm to the light. No one responds.
The world grows farther away, and my eyes close.

Though I can feel you in the wind, I found myself missing you still. I stood there and waited, but nothing happened. The wind just blew the leaves of memories that ought to be forgotten. Like when you have been reading a book for hours, lost, in another world, and you finally look up. You feel content. The music starts to fade with the setting sun. Your eyes close and finally you are taken into the peaceful arms of death.

I have very sensitive hearing. Everything hurts, everything gives me headaches. The other day I was in a very quiet library and the guy beside me kept sighing. The sighs made my ears hurt and I just got up and moved before I yelled at him to stop.
if I wear headphones / AirPods for more than 30 minutes I get a really bad headache, even if the pain isn't that bad. when it isn't pain erupting in my ears, it's an uncomfortable tingle. I want to wear earplugs everywhere, I'm tired of this all. I thought it was normal, I thought this was just how ears were supposed to work. And then a year ago ish I mentioned the annoyance of people clapping (because that hurts) to a friend and she told me to see a doctor. I was confused. A doctor??
I'm booking an appointment today. Why I held it off for so long? I was scared. What if the doctor tells me I can't wear headphones anymore? What if the doctor takes away the one thing I love most besides writing?
I'm so scared. I'm more than scared--i'm terrified. But at the same time, I want it gone. I want to have normal working ears. I want to be able to listen to music without toughing out a headache. I have a headache right now as i type this.
Why me? Why did I have to be the owner of these stupid ears?
i hope the appointment helped. on a similar note, I have one ear. well- technically two, but only one has an eardrum. the other one's under-developed and all cartolige (Grade 3 Microtia). I've found over the years that while there are times when I want nothing more than to rip off the unusual, I also learned to love it. sure, there's plenty that people don't like about themselves, but I believe its more about how you react to that mindset. just because something isn't what you want doesn't mean it isn't part of you... it may take a while, but learning to at least care for the things you may have mixed feelings about can go a very long way.

My dog died last night. I have always feared and been curious about death. Constantly thinking about it. Hoping and stressing for it to come. I would’ve taken his place in a heartbeat. He didn’t deserve to go, and not as early as it did. He tried to comfort me while I cried, he was always so sweet. I dream this is what his death was like, instead of the stale one at the vet. He deserved a better life than the one I gave him
