I’m so confused I did online orientation and so much was left out, no “peer mentor”, no info abt how to receive my UTSA ID, no info abt orgs, no clear tour of campus and how I would find out where my classes were, no help what so ever. I called and called for help got transferred over n over, wasn’t informed properly at all, wasn’t told abt UTSA IDs or given info abt buying parking passes bc I was told they were included in tuition (they aren’t n there r like a million to pick from) so I went in person. Honestly doing this whole process online sucked and rlly discouraged me abt this school. The best way is to go in person and ask for help, I would not have known anything otherwise and they are much more helpful. I went in person for a tour a got one that same day but online the tours were weeks out and wouldn’t let u sign up for one unless u were signed up for UTSA the following year (so if u planned to enter in 2023 n wanted a tour in 2023 there was no option for u and you would have to lie abt your date of enrollment so 2024+)
