That is an unusual tone for a Schindler elevator. The up/down indicator bell is something I've heard from other Schindler elevators the floor change beep is definitely not a typical Schindler.

I am guessing that if those elevators originally weren't miconic 10, then the 2-speed was probably a service elevator, and when they got modernized, they added the 2-speed to the passenger elevators
Miconic 10 has been discontinued years ago. It had been replaced with ID. ID is Miconic 10 with security features added. This video "Our new Schindler ID Elevator System!.wmv" from Sheratonnolahotel shows their destination dispatch system is ID. If airplanegod stated Sheraton has the same destination dispatch system as this Marriot hotel but with a normal voice, then this is ID. If it's Miconic 10, it would look something like the Marriot Hotel in NYC. Recently ID has been succeeded by PORT.
And that has been replaced with Schindler PORT. ID is NOT a standalone Destination dispatch system, it's an add-on to Miconic 10 which gives everyone an RFID card and uses that to identify themselves and their floor preference.

No ThyssenKrupp usually has a sounder like what some Marshall/Dover elevators have the sound also resembles the sounder that is used in a lot of the Simplex Fire Alarm Control Panels and their accompanying annunciators.
