There is not a huge difference as per the price you have quoted in my opinion (refurbished vs new), so if it fits your budget, then go for the new one. Other phones - Samsung S23FE, OnePlus 11, Moto Edge 50 Pro.
If you are into gaming then the OnePlus 11 will be the best phone for you, best camera phone - Pixel 7, longest software support - Samsung S23 FE

I've had this phone for about 9 months. Frankly it sucks. The virtual keyboard is worse than useless. And the auto correct is terrible. I came from a BlackBerry Key2 which was far superior for typing with a real QWERTY keyboard. I'm dumping this phone as soon as the lease is done.

@CURIOSITY208 I don't think there is any gap in my pixel, I have dropped it in water before and it's working perfectly fine. If your phone is not more than 7 days old then you are eligible for a replacement irrespective of open box policy. You should contact google customer care. Just search "google pixel customer care", click on the website and go all the way down and click 'contact us', fill the information and you can talk to the Google team directly, they will help you out.
Do let me know if they help or not here, will be really helpful for everyone having a pixel phone.
