Class 23-02 Team Building

You've probably participated in team building exercises at work. Well, our recruit class is no different. A group of total strangers coming together for 19 weeks to learn firefighting skills, overcome challenges, and prepare to serve their communities. Each class spends an afternoon learning how to work together and getting to know each another.
For firefighters, team work is crucial on the fire ground, because there is a great deal at risk- not only property, but potentially- lives.
There are 33 recruits in Class 23-02- from West Metro, Arvada Fire, Castle Rock Fire, Monument Fire Protection District, and North-West Fire Protection District.
